A Spacious Villa, divided into two self contained apartments.

A large elegant villa, south facing with sun all day. Behind electric gates with video entry, parking for 6 cars. A 12 x 4m Infinity pool with saline purification, which can be heated. The villa is divided into two fully equipped separate apartments, so can be taken as a whole or separately. One apartment sleeping 6 and the other 4. There is a lovely garden with barbeque and dining area. A pool house with toilet, shower, hand basin and changing room. There are French doors leading to a large 70sq.mtr terrace with dining for 10 people with stunning views out to sea.

Linen & towels included.

Electricity the final Clean and Pool maintenance are included in the rental charge.

There are no hidden extras to pay.

Maid Service can be arranged.

Comprises one queen size bedroom with door onto sun terrace, large marble tiled bathroom adjacent, with bath/shower, hand basin, bidet and WC. One twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC. Spacious lounge and bright dining area with doors opening onto 70sq metre terrace with dining for 10, sun loungers, parasols and lounging area with sofas facing the sea. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, fridge freezer with instant ice maker. Equipped with flat-screen Sky Satellite TV; DVD; stereo; WiFi internet. Access for wheelchair possible.

The Villa is located above the coast, between Nice and Monaco, perfectly placed for exploring the whole coastline. It is a 20 minute drive to Monaco a little further to the Italian border. Less than 10 minutes to the three most exclusive bays of Cap Ferrat Beaulieu sur Mer and Villefranche. The lovely coastal train can be picked up in either Beaulieu or Villefranche which will take you into Italy via Monaco or to Cannes via Nice. There are buses five minutes away also restaurants within walking distance.

Great stay in perfect location

We rented the top villa for 2 months, my husband and little boy of 3 years, in march 09. The weather was getting quite nice , and the villa was just beautiful. We had a car so was a great base to do all the sights of Nice, Beaulieu sur Mer,Cannes,and of course Monaco. There is a great bus service close by and a train station at the bus stop in town, great for a shopping trip to Italy in Ventimiglia, a fab market on a Friday. On sunny days we spent time by the lovely pool and had a barbeque, and a walk up the footpath to the beautiful views of Cap Ferrat from St.Michele. There is also a woderful resturant at the top of the hill, just a 10 minute walk from the villa. The villa has a wonderful big balcony which can be accessed from kitchen, lounge and bedroom with stunning views that will stay with you for ever. Also the most stunning view we ever have had from the ensuite bathroom a view of Cap Ferrat. The apartment was of grand proportion and well equiped with home comforts like sky tv and wi fi.
I would definately return to the villa from further breaks in the future
Victor and Victoria were so kind and helpful and my boy sam loved them and still talks fondly of them.
