The 5 room holiday apartment was restored in December 2008 and the 3 room holiday apartment in March 2009. The light, sunny rooms will please you and take some stress out of everyday life. Both apartments are furnished with love so that you can only feel comfortable. The apartments are both on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The large loggia (west side) invites you to stay on the balcony for sumer evenings.

The 3 room holiday apartment was renovated in March 2009 and is well equipped. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator and was furnished paying attention to detail. The apartment has a living room with a bed corner, 2 bedrooms, dining area, kitchen, bathroom with tub and separate WC. The floors in the living room are wood parquet, in the kitchen, hallway, WC and bathroom with tiles. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 double beds (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm), another double bed (140 x 200 cm) is kept in the separate bed corner in the living room. In the dining area you will find a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is completely equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove and enough household items. In the living room you will find a TV, an internet connection (WLAN) and stereo system. The large loggia (West side) invites you to stay on the balcony during summer evenings.

The apartment is located centrally in the Schöneberger Kiez with a lot of bars, inns, discos, pubs, etc. In a 3 minute walk you can get to the Winterfeldplatz - Berlin's most beautiful weekly market. Shops for daily needs are located nearby. The Kurfürstendamm, KaDeWe and the Berlin memorial church are a 10 minute walk away. The subway station Nollendorfplatz with 4 subway lines and buses within walking distance in a few minutes, thus, you are also quickly in the East city. With public transportation and taxis, you can quickly get to all of Berlin's attractions, like the Reichstag, Brandenburger Gate, Alexanderplatz, Prenlauerberg, Kreuzberg, theatre and museums.

I rented the FeWo for 6 nights with my friend and we had a very good stay. The welcome was very nice with a nice attention. Everything was perfect, the appartment was clean and pully equiped. I would reccomend everyone to book this appartment to enjoy the beatiful city of Berlin even more!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) waren 3 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung direkt im Herzen von Berlin. Schon die Ankunft und die Begrüßung durch unsere Vermieterin waren erstklassig. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Für das Auto gibt es einen seperaten Stellplatz direkt im Innenhof, aber auch auf der Straße sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die wertvollen Tipps, die sie uns gab waren Gold wert. Wir haben bei der Restaurantwahl viel Zeit gespart und konnten uns kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen. Auch die Ausstattung in der FeWo war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern gebucht. Man spart viel Raum für anderes Gepäck und alles war top hergerichtet und einfach nur schön. Die FeWo könne wir jeder Zeit weiterempfehlen.

Super gepflegte gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir (Familie, 1 Kind 11 Jahre) haben im Juli / August 2009 eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist super gepflegt, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie entspricht in allen Punkten den im Internet angegebenen Ausstattungsmerkmalen. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und hat uns wertvolle Informationen und Tipps bezüglich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. gegeben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichen können. Es gibt auch einen abschließbaren Fahrradkeller. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter und würden unseren nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Unterkunft verbringen.

In jeder Hinsicht super!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder - 13 und 10 Jahre alt -) haben vier Nächte die Drei-Zimmerferienwohnung bewohnt und uns dort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, Es ist alles (vom Sektglas bis zum Dosenöffner) vorhanden. Frau Kemmer ist supernett und hilfbereit. Ihre Restauranttipps waren erste Sahne, sowohl beim Italiener (Abruzzo) als auch beim Schwaben am Viktoria-Luise-Platz hat es uns vorzüglich geschmeckt. Durch die zentrale Lage ist man ruckzuck zu Fuß am Kudamm oder an der nächsten S-Bahn-Station.
Fazit: Wir können die Wohnung und die Vermieterin in jeder Beziehung weiterempfehlen.
