Small, nice furnished apartment ideal for two people. in Berlin Mitte, next to Unter den Linden, Alexanderplatz and Gendarmenmarkt. If you arrive you will find Coffee, Tea and Milk for your servings. A big cheap supermarket is in Leipzigerstr. Restaurants you find very close. Appartment is situated in Friedrichsgracht with View to the river Spree and to the Foreign Council. Appartment is in the 6 Floor, no noises from upstairs, Lift. Very safe area. Very sunny appartment. Equipt with TV, high speed internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. towels and bedlinen. Children Bed available, if required. Very nice Balcony. Ideal to start excursions; walking distance to Museumisland, Old National Gallery, Hackescher Markt. Subway: U-Bahn Spittelmarkt or Hausvogteiplatz, Public Busses and Sightseeing Busses next Corner. 50€ per Day, 300€ per week (all inclusiv), if you rent for less then 3 days, please pay extra cleaning 30 €. All sightseeing in front of the door; perfect for shopping, lots of restaurants and cafés. Very good public transport, but not needed, all in walking distance; “Museuminsel”, “Hackescher Markt”, “Gendarmenmarkt”, Friedrichstr., Lafayette.

This home is so bright and clean, with a balcony overlooking the canal, just steps from Unter den Linden. Friendly owner. Could not be better.Loved it!!! :)

Perfect Place to Stay!

My husband and I stayed here in March and loved it so much! It is conveniently located near the U-bahn, Alexanderplatz and many attractions. It is very stylish, cozy and clean. It is such a great price for an apartment. We were able to have a budget European vacation without feeling like we were on a budget. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Warum fährt man nach Berlin? Wir um die Stadt zu erobern - daher war dieses Appartement für unsere Zwecke ideal. Super gelegen im "neuen" Mittelpunkt Berlins - zweckmäßige und geschmackvolle Ausstattung, sauber, unkompliziert. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin 1A -sehr fürsorglich, umsichtig und zuvorkommend. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt!
Sollten wir wieder nach Berlin fahren, wissen wir jetzt zumindest wo wir GERNE wieder anfragen um dort zu wohnen. DANKE!

nice, quiet and so central

This is a nice, sunny, central place. after a long day walking was it nice to sit on the balcony to relax. You reach almost everything by walking, or you rent a bike around the corner. the place is nice and clean, with beautyful fotobooks, tv and internet.the area is so safed, and have a bit the "kommunist charme".
We had a wonderful time in this little place!!!!
