One of the most famous weekly markets is the WInterfeldplatz, which is open twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday). The KaDeWe is the largest department stores in the European continent and can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. You can reach Potsdamer Platz, the Sony Center, Mitte and many museums and churches in just as short a time. In just 10 minutes you can reach the theatre, cabaret, comedy clubs, musical, opera, philharmonics and cinemas. Many of popular parks, playgrounds, bars, restaurants, pubs and cafes/internet cafes that you find in this area are the best of their kind. Parking can be rented for € 5 per day.
