Quiet apartment with 2 terraces in the resort of San Vito Lo Capo

Casa San Vito is the last unit of a ground floor terraced house on a cul-de-sac. The terrace with sun beds and table can be accessed via 4 steps under the Pittosporum evergreen. A second terrace with dining table under a larger shady pepper tree and outdoor shower are behind the house. The quiet apartment has modern furnishings w/ large living/dining room (w/ sleeper sofa), hall, master bedroom, smaller room, bathroom with shower and eat-in kitchen. 700 m to turquoise coloured, crystal clear ocean on white sand beaches (probably the most beautiful beach in Sicily), perfect for small children. 350 m to picturesque city centre with many colourful ceramics and Bougainvillea. Schlender-Corso w/ice cream shops, restaurants, boutiques and fortress-like church. Supermarket 300 m. Baker 50 m. In the summer, boat tours and hydrofoil boat to the Aegadian Islands. 5 min. by car to the small pebble coves, 10 min. to the Zingaro nature park, 30 min to thermal sulphur hot springs (37°).

Medieval Erice, 750 m via cable car, with 360° panoramic view of the Aegadian Islands, Trapani and Saline, Marsala lagoon, and North Africa on a clear day. Baroque Trapani has an Old Town. 50 km: Punic island of Mozia. Roman Marsala (mosaics, wine cellars). Aegadian Islands. 80-100 km: Selinunt, the New York of ancient times. Palermo. And 30 km of another landscape! Easter: A different religious folklore event every day. Good Friday: unforgettable mega procession in Trapani. June: San-Vito festival week. September: Couscous fest. Capuna fish fest. Winter: summer-like in the sun, rarely under 10°C, little rain. May-June/Sept-Oct: ideal for the ocean (empty beaches) + culture. Summer: It is only too hot at Scirocco.
