The wood blockhouse is in the middle in the ski area Dachstein West lain fantastically, on a height of 900m with beautiful view on the Salzburger dolomites. They arrive comfortably with the vehicle directly at the holiday domicile and can go skiing of the house on the runway (approx. 100m). The ski area covers 50 elevators and approx. 150 runway kilometers. The house is very comfortably and child-friendly furnished. In the ground floor a large area, that is at the same time is divided sauna and quiet area. In addition is another Schistadl enclosed. Still another bath, with shower, is WC and wash basin in EEC. 1 double bed room, modern and very well equipped kitchen as well as a large corner seating for 10-12 persons, a couch, Flat screen as well as a tiled stove. In the OG: 2 generous double rooms, children's rooms with bunk bed and single bed. In addition the whole house is comfortably equipped with a central heating

Annaberg lies in the Lammertal, in the beautiful state of Salzburg, in the midst of a fantastically beautiful ski region, walking area and a Mountainbike area (Dachstein West). The house can be reached by a street for 2 houses (no road noise), in addition you can enjoy a beautiful view on the Salzburger dolomites. Salzburg is famous for its beautiful walking and protected areas. The city Salzburg is approx. 50 km far away with numerous sightseeings. Description of route: Motorway A8 Munich Salzburg, ca.1km to border crossing on a10 Villach, after 25km the exit Golling/Abtenau, direction Abtenau (approx. 24km), by Abtenau through, 3km after Abtenau right direction Annaberg, after approximately 8km bend left bend direction Dachstein west and Alpendorf, approx. 3km up the mountain, with building board straight, first branching to the right and after approximately 30m again to the right straight out: Welcome to Annaberg Steuer 73.

In the case of reservation 30% of the total costs become due, the rest 4 weeks before beginning of vacation.

Notes: The house is perfect for families with children. The living and dining area is very large. The kitchen is modern with a perfect equipment. In the hall there is an extra room for your skis with a ski shoe dryer. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with solid wood furniture. There is a large bathroom with a corner bath tube. It's an organic house, so you AREN'T ALLOWED TO SMOKE in there and NO PETS are allowed there.
