Chalet l'Outa has been fully renovated to create a luxury interior mixing stylish design and furniture with traditional wooden features to create a truly unique chalet. The upper floor comprises a double bedroom, twin bedroom and shower room. The ground floor has a spacious living area with two large sofas and designer chairs, leading out onto an extensive terraced area with sunken hot tub. There is an additional self-contained studio on this floor. On the lower floor, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a further twin room with adjacent shower room. In addition, there is a children's room with cot adjoining the double room. The privacy and serenity of the location and the views from the hot tub will make it an unforgettable après skiing experience. Chalet l'Outa is nestled in the hills between Les Tines and Argentière providing tranquility, fabulous views and convenience being under 5 mins drive from the Valley's most famous ski area, Les Grands Montets.

Skiing and snowboarding: Chamonix is one of the world's most famous ski areas, having hosted the first Winter Olympics in 1924. Skiers and snowboarders of all levels are well-served in a variety of differing areas around Chamonix, including Brevent, Flegere, the famous Grands Montets and Domaine du Balme. The Mont Blanc pass also covers nearby areas including Les Houches, St Gervais, Megeve, Courmayeur and Les Contamines, all within an easy drive. Slightly further afield, but within an hour's drive are Verbier, La Thuile, Flaine and Les Carroz. Despite its reputation as an area for experts only, there are plenty of green, blue and red runs to satisfy beginners and intermediates alike. For the more experienced, Chamonix has miles and miles of adventurous off-piste, including the famous Vallee Blanche, an 18km experience from the Aiguille du Midi down to the town.

Summer and the rest of the year: With the draw of Europe's premier natural attraction, Mont Blanc, Chamonix never sleeps. Whether it's simply to soak up the stunning scenery or get the adrenaline pumping, there is plenty for everybody to do all year round. There are a wide variety of marked trails for hiking and trekking; well-maintained bolted routes for rock-climbing; limitless mountaineering opportunities including Mont Blanc itself; an ever-expanding network of mountain bike trails; some of the most consistent thermals for superb paragliding; raging white water rapids for rafting and hydro speeding; canyoning and abseiling down the spectacular valley gorges; golf at the Trent Jones Sr designed 18 hole course in Chamonix, as well as many other top quality courses nearby; the sports centre has an indoor and outdoor 50m swimming pool and a large grassed sunbathing area, water slides, numerous tennis courts, gym, spa, Jacuzzis, the list goes on!
