Location: Majorca (Mallorca) < Spain

Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres
Outside the centre of S'Horta, an olds former's village. The environment invites us to discover part of the traditions with its typical weekly markets of fruits, vegetables and crafts: we can visit Felanitx market on Sunday and Santanyí market on Wednesday and Saturday. A few minutes from S'Horta we find the Golf club 'Vall D'or'. Also we can visit PortoColom and taste some restaurants of typical majorcan food. An afterwe can go to Cala D'or, full of night life in summer or visit the harbour 'Marina Cala D'Or'. From the country house we have a beatiful view of Santueri's medieval castle and to the monastery of Saint Salvador if we encourage to do hiking or cycling and to come even there where we will find a uniques sights of the coast. We cannot forget all the coast places of crystalline waters and any beach virgins that we have so near the house: Cala Ferrera, Cala Sanau, Cala Serena, and many more. Finca S'horta has a strategic location so near to all these places.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental fee includes change of bed sheets and towels as well as a cleaning after the first week. Electricity, gas, water and central heating consumption, pool and garden maintenance are also covered. The final cleaning is charged individually, it is a lump sum of 100,00 €.
  • For a binding reservation a down payment is required, only after receipt of this down payment we can confirm the booking. The balance is due in cash when we hand you the key on your arrival. By cancelation there will be always a charge of 100€ administration costs.If you cancel your reservation until 91 days before arrival 10% of the total rent, 90_61 days before arrival 25% of the total rent, 60-31 days before arrival 50% of the total rent, less then 31 days before arrival 80% of the total rent .

Ground floor Nongoes is wide and luminous: this entry hall has an impressive staircase made of Majorcan stone in a rustic style. It leads to a dining-room also to the living room with plasma television and a cozy fireplace. This floor has large windows that lead to the swimming pool, where we will find pergolas, the barbecue and the swimming pool. Finca S'Horta is a place for the whole family.For persons with disabilities or reduced mobility is the ground floor totally adapted. The kitchen is functional and Modern.

The apartments are less than 5 minutes drive to the well known Vall d'Or Golf Club. Vall d'Or is an 18-hole golf course par 71, 5.539 m long from white tees. It combines two completely different landscapes in the first and second round. The front nine holes have rolling fairways surrounded by a forest of pine, almond and olive trees. The back nine holes have wider and more uneven fairways that go down towards the coast. The greens, protected by bunkers, welcome all approach shots. It is an average-difficulty golf course but quite entertaining, and with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
