The holiday home Casa Marisol is located near the sea in a peaceful residential area on the edge of S'lllot. The house has a spacious inner courtyard and a large terrace with a direct entrance to the small rock plateau by the sea. The large and cozy living-dining room with German SAT-TV also offers a stunning view of the bay. The kitchen is modernly and completely equipped and has a stove with a gas and ceramic range, separate oven, a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. The large bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom en suite. Altogether, there are two comfortable bathrooms available. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 people. The house is well insulated and thanks to the air conditioning, it has a good temperature during the summer and winter. Directly in front of the terrace you will find the deep-blue sea and in a 10 minute walk, you can get to the stunning beach at the Bay of S'lllot.

The famous holiday city of S'lllot is located about 70 km from Palma on the east coast of Majorca and offers an ideal base for holiday for the entire family with its 350 m long beach, the Cala Moreia and the beautiful shore promenade with countless bars, cafes and restaurants. Whether walks on the coast, beach vacation, attractions or the safari park with African animals, caves, from which the caves in Porto Christo are certainly the most popular, along with the old ruins and the near by island of Punta de n'Amer with its nature reserve - here everyone will find the fitting offer. Additionally, there are options for water sports, biking and horseback riding in the surrounding area. A Thalasso center (biomar) is also available. Manacor, the second biggest city on the island, is located only 12 km away and has diverse shopping facilities and handicrafts.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The one-time fee for final cleaning is € 90. Included in final cleaning are also bed sheets and towels. You should also bring along your beach shoes. If a crib is needed, we can include sheets for free along with the crib. Please tell us upon your booking. For the air conditioning of the house, we charge €50 per week as a heating flat rate from the middle of October to the middle of April. During the summer months (middle of June to the middle of September) a flat rate of € 50 per week is also charged for usage of air conditioning. Otherwise, the air conditioning can also be booked with it if wished. For a comprehensive impression, we would be happy to send you a brochure of our house with a lot of photos and will answer all of your questions as quickly as possible.

Zum ersten Mal durften wir erleben, dass die Realität noch besser ist als die Bilder im Internet. Das verhält sich normal ja andersherum. Wir haben tolle 2 Wochen mit unserem 12 Monaten alten Sohn hier verbracht, der im Haus das Laufen gelernt hat:-)
Die Küche ist top ausgestattet bis hin zum Gefrierschrank gibts alles was man braucht! Erwähnenswert ist auf jeden Fall noch die tolle Terasse mit Meerblick, wo man den abend schön bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen kann. Super ist auch der an jedem Fenster befindliche Sonnenschutz. Die fußläufige Anbindung an den Strand und die Restaurants ist gut.
Wir können das Haus wirklich nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Einzig die Zielgruppe könnte der VErmieter noch erweitern, wenn statt des Etagenbetts, 1 Doppelbett im Kinderzimmer wäre (war für uns nicht relevant)

Ach ja last but not least seien noch die schönen Bäder erwähnt, ich denke das haben nur wenige zuhause so schön!

So schön kann Urlaub auf Mallorca sein!

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, haben hier 2 Wochen im August verbracht. Sowohl die Bilder des Hauses bzw. der Zimmer als auch die Beschreibung der Casa Marisol entsprechen absolut der Realität (bis auf die fehlende Kaffeemaschine, war aber kein Problem, da ein Glaskannenkaffeebereiter vorhanden ist). Zusätzlich vorhanden waren Kinderspielzeug, Strandspielzeug und Strandsonnenschirm, Schwimmwesten und Bücher.
Die Einweisung der Vermieterin war freundlich und so professionell, dass wir eine Betreuung durch das Serviceteam nicht benötigten.
Der relativ hohe Betrag für die Endreinigung ist berechtigt, da nicht nur das Haus mit großer Küche und zwei Bädern, die zahlreichen Fenster und zwei Terrassentüren(eine zum Innenhof, die andere zur Hauptterrasse) sondern auch der große Innenhof (mit zwei Wäscheständern und Außendusche) und die zum Meer gelegene Hauptterrasse gereinigt werden müssen. Putzutensilien und Reinigungsmittel für zwischendurch sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Der Ortsstrand von S'Illot ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der etwas größere von Sa Coma in ca. 15 Minuten. In der entgegengesetzten Richtung gibt es noch zwei wunderschöne kleine Naturstrände( einer nur Felsen, der andere eine Sandbucht).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort: Bäcker, mehrere Spar-Märkte und der Hipermarkt(mit Metzgerei und Fischangebot, empfehlenswert und relativ preiswert).
Restaurants sind natürlich Geschmackssache, wir haben uns am Angebot und an der Kinderfreundlichkeit orientiert.
Es Mollet (auch Onkel Willy genannt) : direkt am Hafen, Kinder können nach dem Essen am Strand spielen
Internationale und spezielle spanische Gerichte, immer korrekte Rechnung
Tonis Restaurante:hinter dem Ortsstrand gegenüber dem Hotel Playa Moreya (Kinder können auf den nahegelegenen kleinen Spielplatz gehen)
Ebenfalls internationale und verstärkt spanische Küche mit speziellem Mittagsmenue und vorwiegend spanischem Publikum (gutes Kriterium für landestypische Küche!) Auch hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Sowohl das Haus alsauch der Ort sind für die Urlauber zu empfehlen, die einen geruhsamen Urlaub mit spanischem Flair machen möchten.
Unser Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir (3Erwachsene,1Baby) haben einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht.Man fühlt sich wohl dort und wird bei Problemen vor Ort sehr gut betreut.
Traumhaft ist der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer, hier haben wir jeden Abend schöne ruhige Stunden verbracht.
Man kann das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen !

Erholsame Wochen in großartigem Haus

Zwei Kleinfamilien (jeweils zwei Erwachsene und zweijährige Kinder) haben in der Casa Marisol zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Vorsaison verbracht. Das Haus ist erfreulich weit weg von hässlichen Betonburgen (diese sind nur mit einigem Aufwand zu sehen ...) und stattdessen in einer ursprünglicheren Umgebung -- direkt am Wasser. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist außerordentlich (sogar Kinderspielzeug in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, moderne sanitäre Anlagen etc.), es ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gepflegt. Selbstverpflegung stellt hier überhaupt kein Problem dar: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahe gelegenen Porto Cristo und (eingeschränkt) direkt vor Ort (z.B. Bäcker). Einige Restaurants und Kneipen sind im unmittelbar benachbarten S'Illot bzw. Sa Coma (jeweils inkl. hässlicher Betonburgen) verfügbar.

Die Betreuung vor Ort (Schlüsselübergabe etc.) erfolgte professionell und zufriedenstellend.

Nach einem tollen Urlaub ist das Haus uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
