Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise of Florida. The climate is very pleasant not only in the Florida winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. In the winter the day temperatures in Cape Coral seldom drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dreamlike, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car or by motorboat.
Golf: Living near to over 130 golf courses in an 1 hour distance is extremely attractive for golf players. Florida is a real golf paradise. In the attention of the golf beginners: if you are not yet allowed to play in Europe, but you finally want to escape the Driving Range and play on a real golf course, Florida is the right place for you. Here nobody will ask how good or how bed you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap. We recommend that you don’t choose the February-April season, if you are a beginner, because you might be to slow for other players during this time.
