You can have breakfast under an orange tree with a wide view over the sea and into the nature preservation area. Or you can relax in a hammock under a Nispero tree while enjoying the sunset. In the large lush sub-tropical garden you will find a lot of cosy places to unwind, also a romantic pond and a traditional BBQ area. For cool evenings during the winter season, there is a fireplace and central heating that you can control from the living room.

5 minute drive to different supermarkets, 1 bio-store, several restaurants, 5 minute drive to a very good restaurant with a stunning sea view. It is 10 minutes walking ti small shop and a small bar/restaurant.

There is a hiking patch right behind the house, leading you along the famous Camino Real de la Costa along the beautiful and spectacular cost, or up in the mountains, as far as you might can go.

The house has an idyllic secluded location on a 2300 m2 property with a stunning, lush garden with a pond and countless cosy places to sit. Among many others you will find big palm trees and countless fruit trees from which you are allowed to get snacks.

  • The spacious bathroom is very stylish in the colours of blue-white. There are double sinks, a hairdryer, a washing machine is integrated. The highlight: a so-called snail shell shower, with mosaics, where you can go into it like into a snail shell, very ideal for romantic showering for two! Furthermore, there is a comfortable bathtub with a whirlpool for relaxing after your hike, right below the stars.

  • In the living room you will find a very comfortable sofa bed that can easily be folded out. It has a comfortable mattress and offers accommodations for 2 extra people. There are also extra cabinets for these guests. In the living room you will find a fireplace oven, 1 flat screen TV with satellite programs, a CD player with cassette and MP3 player. The kitchen has a ceramic range, 1 oven, 1 large fridge with 3 freezers, a lot of kitchen appliances, beautiful dishes and glasses. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. For cool evenings: the house has central gas heating that you can control from the living room.

Notes: Kitchen and living room are a covered with large, open Canary wood ceiling, which gives a very cosy atmosphere. In the living room you will find a very easy to use sofa bed where a good mattress can easily be folded out. (Sleeping accommodations for 2 extra people, extra cabinets are also available for these extra guests). In the living room you will find window seats according to the old Canary tradition and thick walls and reveals. Beautiful wooden floors, cabinets made of old teak wood. Altogether a very attractive interior.
