The apartment was renovated in 2007, it is 50 m² with hallway, bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom and a beautiful terrace with palm garden and ocean view. The complex itself is very quiet and ideal for relaxing thanks to its distance form the nearest town, airport and beach just a few kilometres away. Still, all of these places can be reached rather quickly, since the apartment is central. Restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and chemists are near the complex. The complex is very well-maintained and has a beautiful large palm garden with lawn. The pool w/ small restaurant has been recently renovated. Mainly German owners live in the complex.

The complex itself is very quiet and ideal for relaxing thanks to its distance form the nearest town, airport and beach just a few kilometres away. Still, all of these places can be reached rather quickly, since the apartment is central. Look for the 'Miraverda' complex on the internet with 'Google Maps' then enter Calle Eucalipto, 38660, Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Kanarische Inseln, Spanien The complex with red roofs and a large green garden bordered by Calle La Palmera and Calle Eucalipto.

Das Apartment ist gemütlich eingerichtetet, und liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage . Es verfügt über ein angenehmes Bad mit Wanne, einer kleinen Küche mit Mikrowelle und kleinem Herd. Dies reichte uns für den Urlaub völlig aus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass wir zum Frühstück immer frisch gebackene Brötchen hatten. Das Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Terrasse zum Garten hat uns sehr gefallen. Auf der schönen Terrasse konnten wir sehr gut entspannen und haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war super sauber, gepflegt und hat einen neu angelegten Pool. Am Pool ist ein kleines Restaurant. Nachmittags ließen wir uns dort oft Kaffee und Kuchen gut schmecken.
Es gibt genügend Kfz- Stellplätze, so dass die lästige Parkplatzsuche entfällt.
In der Anlage selber sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bis zum nächsten größeren Shoppingcenter "Gansur" sind es nur 10 Gehminuten.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick

Das Domizil liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage in Miraverde im Bereich Adeje. Sie hat einen neu gemachten Pool und liegt sehr ruhig. Das Domizil verfügt über ein schönes Bad mit Wanne, einer kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle und kleinem Herd. Reicht für den Urlaub völlig aus. Man kann sich KLeinigkeiten kochen. Das Apartment bietet viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es hat ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Schrank und einem schönen großen Bett mit modernen Matratzen. Also ich habe mich auch mit der schönen Terrasse richtig wohl gefühlt. Kann das Apartment für 2 Personen empfehlen. Auch Stellplätze sind genügend vorhanden, sodass auch die Parkplatzsuche entfällt. In der Anlage selber sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und bis zum nächsten Shoppingcenter "Gansur" sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Ich würde mir bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt erneut dieses Apartment anmieten.
