A master bedroom with a bathroom - a double room with a bathroom - a single room with internet connection. Our pool has solar heating. NEW! German TV. Bundesliga LIVE! -- you can observe the rabbits, foxes or raccoons during the romantic sunset on the terrace. Passionate golfers will be in 'golfer's paradise' here. The city of Lehigh has 4 golf courses, 40 more golf courses can be reached in a diameter of about 30 minutes by car. The dream island of Sanibel and the stunning white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are about 45 minutes away by car. The villa is about 30 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport.

Lehigh Acres: the large city of Lehigh Acres (About 75000 residents) is located east of Fort Myers in the middle of green. The peaceful location of the city and the traditional vegetation with pine forests and Palmetto palm trees offers the ideal settings for a relaxing holiday. Athletic activities are possible in Lehigh Acres - 4 golf courses (cheap green fee starting at USD 40) and multiple tennis courts (courses possible). Horseback riding (rides and courses) 12 km away. To the beaches of the gulf course 30 km. Through the highway I-75 about 15 km west of Lehigh you can find the southern beaches towards Bonita Beach and Naples and also the Everglades. You should definitely visit the stunning beaches from the Fort Meyers islands, like Sanibel and Captiva. Airport Fort Myers 20 km away.

  • Plus € 35 per week electricity and € 110 final cleaning. All other costs, water, cable TV, internet, pool service, garden work and local taxes are incldued in the rental price. The rental price is for a booking with up to 5 people. A deposit of 20% of the total rental price is due upon booking after signing of the rental contract. Payable via traveller's checks or bank transfers to the bank from the landlord. The remaining amount of 80% should be paid four weeks before arrival. You will get directions, the house keys and details about our house sent to you. ----FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKERS (bookable 14 days before arrival) we provide you with a 15% discount on the rental price.
  • For long-term bookings, we also offer a discount. -------From May-November for a booking of up to 5 people costs per MONTH including tax and electricity € 1700 plus final cleaning of $ 120.
    From December-April for a booking with up to 5 people, one month costs, including tax and electricity, € 2000 plus $ 120 for final cleaning.-------Please ask us the landlord for the discount and special deals!
  • You will be taken care of by German house management.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr schön gelegen, mit Allem, was einen erholsamen Urlaub ausmacht. Es fehlt in diesem Haus an Nichts und man fühlt sich dank der netten Einrichtung gleich zu Beginn des Urlaubes angekommen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden eher übertroffen. Von Lehigh kann man alle Attraktionen Floridas erreichen . Wir würden immer wieder in dieses Haus reisen.

Die Ausstattung der Villa läßt keine Wünsche offen.
Utensilien für Kochen , Waschen, Strandausflüge, Sport reichlich, hochwertig vorhanden.
Das Haus ist kürzlich renoviert und neu eingerichtet worden. Die Einrichtung ist insbes. für Europäer sehr ansprechend.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war hervorragend; glatte, prompte Abwicklung der Formalitäten.
Ausgezeichnete Betreuung vor Ort durch Nachbarin.
Wertvolle, umfangreiche Tipps zur Haustechnik, aber auch Freizeitgestaltung in einem Ordner im Haus.
Würden jederzeit wieder kommen und das Domizil selbstverständlich auch an Freunde weiterempfehlen.
