Dreamhouse with all amenities

The Villa del Mar was a beautiful residence which had all the amenities. Very well kept, very clean and well maintained. It also has a terrific pool! The listing description was accurate regarding the location and layout. Customer service was excellent, as the property manager was a friendly and professional. We would definitely recomend this property to our friends and relatives for couples, family, etc. It is centrally located and easily accessible to Cape Coral Parkway and Del Prado Boulevard which has numerous good resturants. It is also close to the Colleg Ave bridge and entrance into Fort Myers. We will definitely rent this residence again.

Vi fandt Villa del Mar, da vi skulle planlægge vores tur til Florida. Vores mål var at have svømmebasin og adgang direkte til kanalen samt et hus der var lækkert og billigt. Og alle vores forventninger blev så rigeligt indfriet. Vi må indrømme at det var langt over vores forventning. Vores børn boede alle dagene i svømmepool'en. Villa del Mar skaber en fantastisk ramme om ferien og et godt udgangspunkt for udflugter til Sanibel- og Fort Meyers-strande, samt til de mange andre attraktioner i området. Vi anbefaler en romantisk aftentur til bådbroen ved Yacht-klubben (Driftwood Parkway), hvor man oplever stjernene og de mange lokale fiskere. Glem heller ikke outlet storene i Miromar.

We found Villa del Mar, when we were planning our trip to Florida. Our goal was to have a swimming pool and direct access to the channel, and a house that was delicious and cheap. And all our expectations were fulfilled. We must admit that it was far above our expectations. Our children stayed all day in the pool. Villa del Mar provides a perfect setting for the holidays and a good base for trips to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches and the many other attractions in the area. We recommend a romantic evening stroll to boardwalk at the Yacht Club (Driftwood Parkway), where one sees the stars and the many local fishermen. Do not forget the outlet stores in Miromar.

We strongly recommend Villa del Mar, where the journey goes to Florida and Cape Coral.

beautiful home with all the amenities needed for a great stay in Cape Coral. Large pool and pool area was a favorite place of ours to relax. House is well equipped and well furnished to truly make you feel at home. Location is on canal in the great yacht club area and close enough to the yacht club to bicycle to. Grogery stores and restaurants are all a short drive away. Would definitely return to Villa Del Mar
