Photos and Description of the Pals vacation house rental Cosy furnishings, ocean view, private pool, terrace, 3 bedrooms.

Very beautiful semi on hillside with large terrace with wide view of the ocean and the Las Medas islands. The house has a private 7x3 m pool as well as a nice terrace area laid-out with garden furniture and sun beds. Parking space on the property. The high-quality warm coloured furnishings and sunny location give the house its Mediterranean charm. On the top floor there is a cosy and very tasteful living/dining room with fireplace and satellite television, wide glass doors that lead out to a balcony with an ocean view, an open kitchen with 4 hob gas cooker and oven, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave and 1 guest WC. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms on the lower floor (1 with French bed and own bathroom, 1 with 2 beds, both rooms have access to another balcony, 1 extra bedroom with 2 beds) and a second bathroom with tub. Washing machine provided.

Our house Sa Punta 88 is located in the beautiful panoramic residential area of Sa Punta in the Playa de Pals resort with its long sand beach. There is a beautiful ocean view from the house and terrace. It is only about 1 km to the beach. There is a large supermarket, golf course, tennis courts, a chemist, restaurants and some businesses in town. Even the back-country is very beautiful with medieval places like Pals and Peretallada and a Celtiberian archaeological excavation sites.
