You will live in a stunningly peaceful area near the Schwansee castle with Gault Millau - a distinguished restaurant. The kilometer-long open Baltic Sea beach can be reached in a 5 minute walk. The villa 'La Mer' was made in 2008/2009 ecologically (geothermal and solar energy) in an exclusively equipped reed villa with two luxurious units 'Savoir Vivre' and 'Fleur de Sel'. The villa is located on a beautifully designed property with 5 patios, sunny garden chairs and shady places to relax. The total property is surrounded by a stone wall and with roses and local plans. You can enjoy the view of the wide landscape and the Baltic Sea from your extra 'open air' living room on the 50 m2 roof deck.

Awaiting you on the ground floor you will find a high-quality and cozily furnished living-dining room with a well equipped, open kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave stove with a oven, etc. Upon your request you will find a selection of international wines that you can try for attractive prices and of course, you can also have wines delivered from our renowned wine partner in a small or large quantites. Furthermore, you will find a tastefully furnished bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find a cozy 1 double and a single room and an additional WC with a sink. In the built-out gallery you will find 2 more spaces to sleep, preferably for children, playing corner for children.

The villa 'La Mer' is located in Groß Schwansee - a small, beautiful city located directly on the Baltic Sea that allows for a very relaxing vacation holiday with the directly bordering nature reserve area without through traffic. The city is characterized by the beautifully restored Schwansee castle with very good gastronomy. In 3 minutes you can get to the nearby untouched Baltic Sea beach and you can go on biking (multiple bikes are available free of charge) and hiking tours above the steep coasts in one of the most beautiful nature reserve areas in Germany. Multiple very attractive golf courses can be reached in a short drive. For those interested in culture, Groß Schwansee is the ideal location, because you can visit castles and mansions, culture festivals, metropolises of Berlin and Hamburg with your museums, monuments, shopping facilities, etc.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for a booking with a maximum of 5 people. Electricity, water, heating, internet including swimming pool and sauna usage for a fee of € 20 per day possible if the unit 'Savoir Vivre' is not rented. Bed sheets, towels, pool towels and basic equipment for the bathroom and kitchen (shower gel, tabs, etc.) and your beds are naturally freshly made upon arrival. Children under 3 stay free (highchair and crib available). Final cleaning € 80.
  • For a stay of at least one week, a 90 minute cleaning is included - including new towels per week. Long-term stays possible. For stays of more than 14 days, an extra surprise awaits you.
  • The units 'Savoir Vivre' and 'Fleur de Sel' can be rented as a complete house. The price for the complete house is calculated from the sum of the daily single price minus € 30. In this case, both units can be used together as one unit through the shared connecting doors.

Wir waren zu viert mit einem kleinen Kind im Juni `09 in Urlaub und können das Ferienhaus unbedingt empfehlen!
Die Wohnung ist hübsch, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet; der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Betreuung professionell. Der halbtags zur exclusiven Nutzung verfügbare Indoor-Pool ist ein weiteres Extra, das das positive Gesamtbild abrundet.
Die Umgebung lockt mit schönen Rad- und Spazierwegen, einem weiten Natursandstrand und Waldtieren, die man zuhause nicht unbedingt auf der Terrasse sieht.
Party- und Ballermann- Helden fühlen sich ggf. nicht ganz so wohl; wer aber inmitten der Natur in Reichweite von Travemünde, Lübeck und Wismar das Leben geniesen will, ist in der "Fleur de Sel" genau richtig.
