With Villa Capri, your holiday will be perfect! The tastefully furnished villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a bordering dining corner, a dining corner, an open living room, a separate room with a washing machine and dryer and a garage. The house is fully air conditioned and completely furnished. However, you will spend most of your time on the patio under the screen. Enjoy the view from the large patio of the wide saltwater canal or swim in the large heated pool. Finally, you can have your meals outside in the sun on a protected patio area. After this, you can go to the pool deck facing the south where you have a lot of space to sunbathe and relax. From the sea wall, you can go fishing or reach the river by boat in a few minutes (without locks). A very friendly english speaking house management is available and very ready to help.

This beautiful, family-friendly holiday home is located southeast of Cape Coral, Florida, not far from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva with its famous dream and mussel beaches. The location of the house is very central and safe. The street is service road without through traffic in a grown residential area. Only a 5 minute drive to Wal Mart, Publixx, banks, restaurants, the post office, internet cafe.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices are for a booking of up to 3 people per week. Each extra guest costs $ 50 extra per week. All prices plus 11% taxes (5% tourist taxes and 6% sales tax). The electricity consumption is billed with $ 0.12/kWh, the final cleaning is $ 150 and the security deposit is $ 500. It will be reimbursed to you after your stay. Children under 12 years of age stay free.
  • Our rental price is the complete price and includes house instruction and care by a German-speaking manager, telephone usage in the regional area ('local calls'), high speed internet WiFi (DSL), pool service and garden care, pool heat, bedsheets, towels. Discounts for last minute and long term rentals, for example, $ 3000 / $ 2000 + 11% taxes per month during the peak/shoulder seasons. Otherwise negotiable.
  • The pre-payment is made up of 20% of the rental price and a $ 500 safety deposit. We accept US checks or transfers to a German account. Please ask us for details per email or telephone.

Notes: The house was built in 2000 and newly redecorated in 2008 and also partially refurnished. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a heated pool and a large patio with a southern location by the canal with Gulf access. To the river you only have to cross a bridge. All rooms are fully air conditioned, additional ceiling fans offer a special wellness climate. The house is located in a peaceful, grown, but traffic-free villa residential area, centrally only 5 minutes from all shopping facilities like Wal Mart, Publixx and restaurants. The kitchen leaves little to be desired with its high-quality equipment. Microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a lot of small devices that ease everyday life are also available so that you do not have to forgo any comforts during your holiday. WiFi high speed internet access and telephone for free local conversations are included. Care from a very friendly and helpful english speaking house management.

"American way of life" in gelungener Kombination mit einem Hauch Heimatfeeling für deutsche Vorlieben! Ein tolles, großzügiges, sauberes und super geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem Komfort, das absolut ehrlich und authentisch beschrieben wird. Vom Frühstück am Pool bis zum abendlichen Grillen ist jeder Tag ein Erlebnis und - dank Selbstversorgung - auch recht günstig. Den Fast-Food-Tempeln kann 100-prozentig aus dem Wege gehen, wer dies möchte. Man lebt in einem der riesigen ruhigen Wohngebiete von Cape Coral, braucht also ein Auto, was für den Florida-Urlaub aber eigentlich selbstverständlich ist. Zu den großen Shopping-Paradiesen sind es nur knapp 3 Minuten. Wer tollen Strand liebt, erreicht Sanibel Island in einer guten halben Stunde. Die "Klassiker" wie die Keys, die Everglades, Miami oder Cape Caneveral bedingen Tagesausflüge. In Florida fährt man relaxt und frei von Aggression, die Menschen sind freundlich und rücksichtsvoll. Der deutsche Verwalter der Villa Capri ist ein verlässlicher, unkomplizierter und stets netter Ansprechpartner, telefonisch wie per E-Mail. Absprachen, Buchung, check-in, check-out und Zahlungsverkehr liefen bestens. Dazu gab es gute Tips für den Aufenthalt. Am Sonnenziel Cape Coral kommt man erst nach einem sehr langen Anreisetag an. Die Villa Capri und das schöne Umfeld machen den Stress schnell vergessen und Lust auf Wiederholung!

Wir können die Villa Capri nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben dort einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht und kommen sicherlich wieder. Die Zeit ging leider viel zu schnell vorbei, doch die Erinnerungen werden bleiben.

Die Villa ist komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet (Gewürze, Fön, Toilettenpapier etc, alles vorhanden, was durchaus nicht üblich ist), in einem tadellosen und einwandfreien Zustand und alles ist so, wie es beschrieben wird.

Man sollte da gewesen sein, um zu sehen, wie schön es dort ist.

Es handelt sich um ein sehr gepflegtes, von Palmen und bunt blühenden Hibiskusbüschen umzäuntes, großes Grundstück mit einem großen Swimmingpool für jung und alt.

Die Lage ist zentral und optimal für Ruhesuchende in einem amerikanischen Wohngebiet. Bars, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Für das Wohl der Kleinsten ist auch gesorgt und das Haus ist optimal für Familien mit Kindern. Es gibt Sonnenschirme, Liegen mit Auflagen, einen Grill etc. Sogar ein Kinderbettchen wird auf Wunsch aufgestellt, selbstverständlich kostenlos.

Man muss an nichts denken, außer an die Badehose und Sonnencreme.

An alles wurde gedacht und es wird einem jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Eine Flasche Wein und Softdrinks waren vorhanden, als wir abends nach einem langen Flug in der Villa ankamen. Wir wurden vom deutschsprachigen Hausverwalter freundlich empfangen und ins Haus eingewiesen. Kein Stress mit einkaufen, nur ausruhen und den ersten Abend genießen.

In dieser Villa hat man wirklich Zeit, zu entspannen und um die Sonne zu genießen. Wir können die Villa Capri und die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Cape Coral.
