The ideal residence during summer and winter for the whole family (sleeps up to 6). The apartment in the lake residence on the Altausseer See was completely refurnished in 2006. The 95 sqm apartment is located only 5 metres away from the lake, on the 3rd floor (elevator) with a perfect panoramic view over the entire lake and the Dachstein glacier. Private beach, boat rental during the summer. Slopes begin only 200m from the house, ski region can be reached easily in 5 minutes by car. The entire apartment has high quality furnishing in a classic yet modern design, a marble bathroom, completely equipped kitchen and panorama windows so you can enjoy the sun and the breathtaking view all day long. The following services are included in the price: in-house sauna usage (you can reserve your preferred hours), high speed wireless internet, cable TV, electricity, heating, water and linens, washing machine, final cleaning and garage parking space. Special prices for multiple-week stays.

The Altaussee is a fairytale landscape in one of the most beautiful regions in Europe. Our house is a haven for all those that look for quietness, individuality and authenticity in the middle of a region which can be called a masterpiece of creation. The lake residence is situated in the old district Fischerndorf at one of the prettiest squares in Altausee – just by the lake and in a calm location. Here, the street ends and the paradisiacal promenade path through the natural reserve starts, which extends all the way around the Altausseer See.
