Eixerida is a private rural villa (majorcan finca) set in its own 7600 m2 grounds with almond trees and country views. Inside the villa is open plan giving a light airy feel with elegant rustic charm and is immaculately decorated and furnished. The villa is well equipped providing a real home from home. There is a furnished terrace leading from the patio doors onto the pool area ideal for eating alfresco. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has 2 singles beds (extra bed supplied when 5 people) and fitted wardrobe. Both bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet and sink. Cot and high chair are available. Open plan living room, leading to the kitchen, has 2 comfortable sofas, Sat-TV with (limited English channels), CD player, and a working wood burner. Kitchen has an oven, hob, large full height fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Separate larder cupboard with full supply of kitchenware. Drawers with cutlery and cooking utensils.

The villa is set on the Santa Margalida to Ca'n Picafort road and is less than a 5 minutes drive to the beach resort of Ca'n Picafort where there are white sandy beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The town of Santa Margalida is very close. You can shop and mix with the locals in this quaint village. Don't miss the weekly market selling local produce. Only 10-15 min. drive away are the wetlands of Albufera Natural Park with possibilities for hiking and biking. Resorts of Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollensa are approx. 30 min drive. From Port d'Alcudia sails a daily ferry to the island of Menorca. The villa is an excellent base to explore the beautiful Northern mountain range of Serra de Tramuntana and the lighthouse of Cap de Formentor. With this villa you can have a relaxing private holiday away from it all, but be a short drive to all amenities.

    A 25% non-refundable booking deposit into our bank account is required . After the booking, we send a location map and airport-to-the-villa route description.The remaining balance (75%) is due in cash (Euros) upon arrival at the villa. The Spanish/English speaking owners will meet you at the villa to give you the keys and house information.

    All prices are per week and object. The price includes one week stay with use of the object by up to the maximum given number of occupants (5 persons + baby), towels and linen (changed weekly). water, gas and final cleaning. Property is cleaned between tenants. Costs of pool cleaning and garden care are included in the price. By request, a cot with bed linen, as well as a high chair are also included in the price.
  • Possible additional expenses: Extra charge of 120 euros per week for unlimited use of air conditioning/central heating system. The tenant can choose to set an automatic timer for 4 hours every day (2pm to 4pm and 11pm to 1am) and then pay only 50 euros per the week. This time-limited cooling/warming system works well if the doors are kept closed. All windows have double glass insulation.
  • The changeover day is usually Saturday, specially in July and August. In the off-peak season, we are flexible.
    Arrivals after 03:00pm (15:00), Departures until 11:00am (11:00).
    The minimum stay is usually 1 week but we consider shorter and longer rental periods. When between two rental periods the villa is unoccupied for some days, you can extend your stay and/or these days can be booked at reduced prices (-10% of regular price).
