MODERN, LIGHT AND SPACIOUS APARTMENT DIRECTLY ON BEACH, VERY CENTRAL & QUIET

We arrived at L.A on 28th December after a week in New York. Firstly we loved the location, literally on the beach which we took full advantage of and went running each morning. The sunsets are wonderful.

The 2nd floor apartment was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. It is spread over two floors; ground floor contained, a small but good kitchen with full oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. I would suggest new crockery is required as a few were chipped and worn, but minor issue. The living room was very spacious with a large corner sofa which was very comfortable. The décor was modern and clean.

The 2nd floor contained two large kingsize bedrooms which were wonderful, full wardrobes drawers and with the things you really need, like mirrors, plugs and comfortable lighting. One bedroom had a desk and TV which my daughter loved. We had the bedroom which had a small balcony with views of the Venice canals and wonderful homes. The bathroom was also very spacious with double sinks and a great shower. I would suggest new towels are required as they were a bit worn. There are two hairdryers, iron and board and lots of equipment to take to the beach such as boards, floats etc.

Having wifi was essential and worked well.

We felt very safe in the apartment and the area was wonderful, a short walk down to Washington Avenue to the set of shops/bars/cafes. Our favourites were Cold Stone Creamery and Island Burgers. We had meals in the Marina at Cheesecake Factory and Tony Ps. Santa Monica beach is a short drive away (15mins) and everything was very accessible.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in L.A, the beach location made it special for us, but it was also really convenient for accessing the whole of L.A. We did lots of travelling while there and didn't want to leave. Would love to go back and explore more.

We (family of 5) stayed at the apartment for a week and we had a wonderful time!
The location is great, just 1 block from the beach and not far from all the action on Venice beach. There are many restaurants and grocery stores in the area which made it perfect for us.
The apartment has everything you need, just as listed on the website. It was very convenient having two tv's (one in the livingroom and one in the master bedroom) and the half bathroom downstairs.

It is in a quiet, clean, safe area yet just minutes to the fun and craziness of Venice Beach. This was a wonderful place to stay with our teenage children. We felt very comfortable letting them walk to the beach alone or go skateboarding into Venice Beach.
The apartment is just as described, beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Kitchen had everything that you need to feel right at home. Having a parking space is a great benefit since this apartment is so close to the beach and parking in the area is limited. Marcus was great to work with, he was always responsive to our emails, professional, and friendly.
I can't say enough about the location. The apartment is 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach, easy to get to all LA attractions, yet safe and beautiful. We have already recommended this place to some friends.
