Our villa Summerdream was finished in 2001 and represents the beautiful style of Floridian architecture. It offers every luxury you might think of, including air-conditioning. The villa is situated in the old yacht club area on a 1000 sqm plot, on a salt water canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico, facing southwards and is surrounded by a garden full of tropical plants and flowers. In only a few minutes you will get to the Caloosahatchee-River by motorboat. The furnishing and the décor is kept in a friendly beige. There are 3 bedrooms, a master with a king size bed, the second has a king size to and the third two single beds. Both bathrooms of the house are each equipped with a bathtube and also a shower. The way through the garden leads you directly to the landing stage with boat lift and sun deck where a fantastic motor boat is waiting for you. You will get it for free of charge at your sole disposal.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

  • The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
    For each further person a rent of 200,00 EUR per week results.
    Children ages 8 and younger are free of charge; until 9-14 years they pay 100,00 EUR per week.
    The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.
  • Cleaning house fee 130,00 EUR, boat instruction and cleaning 150,00 EUR.
    Security deposit for house and boat 1.600.00 EUR.
    Current after consumption.
    For the free use of the boat; skipper liability insurance is to be proven.
    All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
  • Minimum renting 7 nights, within one season 14 nights, afterwards a daily extension is possible. Daily arrival is possible. Special rates available by renting of more than 3 weeks. Last minute and further specially offers available.

In the attention of the golf beginners: if you are not yet allowed to play in Europe, but you finally want to escape the Driving Range and play on a real golf course, Florida is the right place for you. Here nobody will ask how good or how bed you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap. We recommend that you don’t choose the February-April season, if you are a beginner, because you might be to slow for other players during this time.
