'Villa Excalibur' was built in 2005 (newly furnished 2008) on a 10.000 sq ft plot. The charming, fully air-conditioned house lies in a garden surrounded by tropical plants. It offers you in total about 3800 sq ft of living space and pool and terrace area. The furnishing is very unique and sophisticated. The villa is big enough for two to six persons, presenting 2600 sq ft of living space divided into two living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool bath, plus an office, utility room and garage. The lights are adjustable with dimmers in nearly all rooms. Thereby an incomparable atmosphere can be produced throughout the house. For communication with your loved ones at home or the business partners you can use the office, which borders on the living room. There is the phone and fax. A high speed web connection for your laptop is also present and free of charge.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
