Our 4**** vakation home 'Under the church' is a lovely, 200 years old house in a nice farmer-town, called Neerdar (Willingen). We have it completly restore in 2008. You can stay there with 2-6 persons, the house meets 95m². In the living-room is a fire-place and a gallery. Outside, there is a garden with a pavilion, where you can sit in front of the 750 years old church.

Neerdar, about 500m above the sea level, is a central place between Willingen and Korbach (n-s) and Winterberg and Diemelsee (w-e). In front of the house there is a footpath, the 'Uplandsteig' (64km). Also, there are many pleasure-trips in 'Sauerland' and 'Ederbergland'.

Wir haben Anfang September mit 3 Pärchen das Häuschen für ein Wochenende bewohnt und waren schier begeistert. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail, so dass wir uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt haben. Wir haben viel mehr Zeit als geplant dort verbracht, da es einfach urgemütlich ist. Es fehlt an nichts, sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden und in der Küche ist eine sehr gute Grundausstattung verfügbar. Handtücher, Waschlappen, Fön etc. gibt es auch. Nach Willingen ist nur ein Katzensprung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder in dieses einzigartige Hüttchen ;-)

Das Ferienhaus wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Es strahlt viel Gemütlichkeit aus und ein echtes Highlight ist der Kaminofen. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir wurden sehr herzlichst von den Vermietern empfangen. Sie sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit, sie kennen sich gut aus in dem Ort und sind somit auch noch gute Berater für alles was man gern unternehmen möchte. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freizeitmöglichkeiten (wie z.B.: Schwimmen, Ski-Lauf, Schlittschuhlaufen, Kino...u.v.m) für Jung und Alt. Es ist wirklich zu empfehlen!!
