Self catering, holiday rental home well equipped, Appartment (A) ground floor for 2 to 4 persons. TV DVD lounge seats 5, bed settee, double bedroom with wash basin. Big live in kitchen ,bathroom and toilets. Direct garden access. Appartment (B) has 1 double and 2x3 bed rooms all with washbasins sleeps 8,own bathroom and toilet. Top floor lounge TV, DVD small kitchen and a dining area for 8 with a mountain view. More than 8 then rent the whole house. Shared access to the basement sauna ,ski room ,freezer, wet room with bath, shower, washing machine and outdoor clothing store and drying area. On the edge of the village 500m. from the centre where there are shops ,supermarket, post office, bank, aqua park, bars, cafes and close by 2 restaurants for local and Italian food. A lot of all year round activities, ski lift near by and Vogel complex 15mins away. Enjoy one of Europe’s hidden jewels!

The ground floor Apartment with direct access to the basement were you will find a sauna, wet room with shower, basin. bath. Laundry, drying room. Ski room. Wet gear room. Separate toilet. The Apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed (2 matress100cmx195cm) large lounge seating 5 and a big bed settee TV & DVD .Big well equipped kitchen with seating for up 8. There is a freezer in the basement (shared with apartment A). Large patio area to the rear, garden and orchard and to the side a children’s swing set. Your own Bathroom with toilet, shower, basin and a separate toilet. This ground floor apartment is very spacious and a well equipped traditional home that can be linked to the upper unit giving accommodation for up to 12. The rear garden is east facing and is a real sun trap. The kitchen balcony faces west towards Mt Triglav, a splendid site at sunset .Apartment A is very spacious comfortable unit. Space for up to 4 cars (2 covered ).

Situated on the edge of the Triglav National Park the house faces the mountains with a direct view of Mt Triglav. One of the most beautiful alpine areas of Slovenia. The area has a variety of tourist places to visit and pursuits to enjoy including summer & winter sport, walking, cycling, water sports, fishing, local Aqua park, gorge walking, paragliding, canoeing, lake & river swimming, White water rafting. For winter sport Kobla for nursery slopes & toboggan runs, cross country ski & beginner ski. Vogel just down the road by ski bus or car for higher level skiing with a network of lifts .On & off piste as well as mountain ski with a guide. Ice climbing & mountaineering through the area. Local shops have all the basics & you have tourist gift shops in Bled. For a fuller shopping experience go to Kranj about a 35 min drive for a large modern shopping mall with a good selection of brand names & designer shops. A short drive away( 1hr) is the Postonja cave complex well worth a visit.

Skiing / snowboarding: Great slopes fully maintained clearly marked or off piste if you want adventure with or without a guide. Kobla is 500m away, great nursery slopes and tobogan runs as well as cross country runs.There are ski drags from the village and snow cannons if needed. For intermediate skiers the try Vogel a few minutes away by car or ski bus. The valley has a huge selection of summer outdoor pursuits. Our housekeeper will visit you normally the first day to ensure you are ok, Jackie will complete the guest register and collect the local tourist tax. She will also assist with any help you need in booking trips and activities.

Other Activities: rafting, canoeing, cannon walking (golf in Bled short distance away)
