We are dealing with a well-kept detached one family home in Playa de Palsin a peaceful and sunny location. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached on foot and to the beach of Playa de Pals it is only about 600 m. The house has a parking space on the enclosed property and a private swimming pool. The house offers the following facilities: on the lower floor there is an entrance hall, living room with covered terrace, completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, separate dining room and a guest WC. On the upper floor there is 1 double bedroom with a French bed and a full bathroom/WC and a balcony, 2 double bedrooms with single beds and 1 shower/bath with WC. Parking options on the enclosed property.

Pals is on the edge of the Pyrenees and offers a uniquely wonderful picture during the spring and fall due to its snow-covered summit. A lot of sun, the beach, flowers and green are the emblems of the Costa Brava. Pals and the surrounding area offer a beautiful medieval city centre with typical small alleys. The resort of Pals offers you a romantic old city and a variety of athletic options like tennis, horse riding, hiking and cycling. The newly built golf course nearby excites golfers.

Die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses und der Lage war absolut zutreffend.
Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung und bietet für 6 Personen reichlich Platz.
Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem kann man zu Fuß den Supermarkt erreichen und natürlich auch den Strand.
Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.
