Excellent beach house with 2 floors, located 400m (1300 ft) from Aruana beach, in peaceful Aracaju, built on a 1300m2 area (4300 sq. ft), with 4 bedrooms (2 suites). Maximum capacity to 15 people. Garage capacity up to 4 cars. This huge furnitured beach house is perfect for an unforgettable beach vacation. Three bedrooms offer spacious balconies with panoramic views of the area.

This house offers a unique modern construction with the warmth and coziness of the northeastern Brazilian culture. All windows were strategically placed to maximize ventilation of breeze from the ocean.

Landscaping - beautiful gardens, tropical trees, a small artificial lake and waterfall.

Rent includes all utilities, furniture rental, and security staff. Maintenance/Cleaning services are offered at a small cost per call.

Aruana's neighborhood is pretty peaceful. The house is privileged by the sea proximity and safety. It is located by 10km of Aracaju's downtown, 3km from the airport and 400m from the sea. The neighborhood offers: Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets, and it is surrounded by Aruana's and Atalaia's beach seafront. Ideal to a peaceful summer and a lot of tropical options. There are beautiful beaches close by.
