Detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with its own private 8 x 4 metre pool. The property is located in a semi-rural tranquil setting occupying an elevated position with lovely panoramic views over open countryside to the sea beyond.

There is a large Naya for outside dining offering commanding views over open countryside to the sea beyond, with an adjoining south-facing terrace and pool. At the rear of the property is a further small terrace with lovely views over unspoilt countryside a perfect spot for an evening barbecue. The villa is furnished to a high standard and includes a spacious lounge/dining area with an adjoining fully equipped American style kitchen. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room. There are two further bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath and shower over. There is private driveway with parking for two cars and full gas central heating for the colder winter months. The villa was repainted in 2012.

Moraira & El Portet: Quite simply this small beach side resort is the 'Jewel in the Crown'. In keeping with this region there are no high rise apartments. There has been considerable investment in the resort and its infrastructure over recent years and it shows from the tree-lined streets, designer shops, beach side cafes and large marina it has an exclusive feel. El Portet is just the other side of the Marina in a secluded cove other than the beautiful beach and a couple of bars & restaurants that literally back on to the beach there is very little here. This is a great spot to have a beer and watch the sun go down.

Javea: Lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the south and Cabo De San Antonio to the north. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds, and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be 'environmentally near perfect' and you can bask in the Costa Blanca's brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea Town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market, and for the historically minded a Museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town's fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

Golf: Golfing activities within 5 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles. This is a private members club open to the public. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,050 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

We have visited this lovely villa three times in the last 5 years. We always go at the end of March/start of April (depending on School Easter holidays) and on each occasion the weather has been exactly what we've ordered



The villa is beautifully appointed with 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite) plus another bedroom with 2 x single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living room with two settees, a TV and a dining table that seats 6. Outside on the balcony there is also a table and chairs for your 'al fresco' enjoyment. There is a lovely swimming pool (although given the time of year we go we don't tend to use it) and always plenty of hot water for showers etc. The owner's customer service is also second-to-none, as demonstrated last April when we were there and the hot water boiler stopped working. One phone call to the owner and the following day a Spanish heating engineer arrived with a new circuit board and hey presto, everything was sorted!



We would recommend this villa (and the area) to anyone looking for a lovely, relaxing place to stay. It's big enough, with sufficient facilities, to accommodate a family who don't want to spend all day either on the beach or walking in the mountains but who may just want to chill out until mid afternoon around their own pool and then go exploring beautiful villages and coastal spots in the late afternoon before finishing off their day with a lovely meal in a local restaurant before heading back to the villa for an al fresco nightcap! Perfect for us; can't wait to get back there in April of this year.

Fabulous villa

We had a lovely stay at the villa. Very clean and well furnished. In a quiet area car needed but we were fine with that. The pool is a good size and lovely patio area for dining. My only negative thing is that more fans were necessary in the villa as we went in August and it was extremely hot. The owners were very efficient and helpful to deal with would recommend staying at the villa.

Great family holiday - perfect villa

This villa was perfect for the quiet family holiday that we had been longing for.

The villa was immaculately presented with 3 good sized bedrooms and a decent sized living space. The outdoor area had a lovely naya with wonderful views and the pool was perfect. The owners have also done a really great job to ensure that you have everything you need; there was plenty of outdoor furniture, a BBQ, kitchen equipment and even a dishwasher!

Above all, the place was quiet - perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The villa is in a quiet residential estate a few minutes away from Benitachell. The town has most things that you would need but we preferred to spend our time in Moraira. There are plenty of cafes /restaurants and shops etc (for a range of budgets) plus nice beaches - El Portet beach was small and fairly quiet - this was heaven compared to some of the other larger beaches on Spanish coast.

Overall I would definitely recommend this villa to a friend.

Highly Recommended for perfect family holiday

This villa was perfect for my families vacation. We found the villa very clean and nicely laid out. The kitchen had all of the appliances you would expect and many more (washing maching and dishwasher if needed). the bedrooms were all nicely laid out and just as you would expect. The pool was perfect, lovely and clean and great for the kids.

The villa is located on small estate set in the hillside just outside of a little town. The town has everything you need, but there are larger ones 10 minutes drive away.

If you are looking for a perfect family holiday then this comes highly recommended. If you are looking for nightlife (bars and clubs) then this isn't suitable.

One point to note, you WILL need a car. only a couple of small restaurants are within walking distance.

The villa is situated on a new urbanisation set amongst vineyards and olive trees. 1km from Benitachell, 3km from Moraira, 5km from Javea. The elevated position has commanding views over unspoilt countryside with distant sea views. Benitachell is a thriving village with a number of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Moraira, is a family orientated up-market resort with a cosmopolitan feel, it has a blue-flag beach, large marina with many restaurants offering cuisine from around the globe. The Montgo National Park is within 10km, this stunning 780m peak dominates the landscape and offers an excellent vantage point with stunning views of this beautiful region. There are numerous walks within the park of varying gradients - all offer superb views.
