The romantic RURAL VILLA is for self-caterers with a special atmosphere and a stunning panorama view of the Allgaeu landscape the Austrian foothills to the Alps. Spend your most beautiful weeks of the year in the three country are surrounded by mountains and lakes and use the facilities of the villa for your holiday, meetings, seminars, classes or other group events. The large cottage is located in a district of the climatic spa resort city of Röthenbach about 750 m above sea level between Lindau/Lake Constances and Oberstaufen. The house is ideal for families with children and friends, as well as for meetings, seminars and groups of up to 12 people. It offers 2 single rooms, 4 multiple bed rooms with standard equipment, a large eat-in kitchen, recreation rooms, playroom, TV, large playground, BBQ area, 2 sunny patios with a mountain view, a large garden and attractive recreation activities in the surrounding area.

Ski: The nearest ski lift (a 15 minute drive) is the panorama lift in Hopfen. From Oberstaufen (20 minute drive) you will find ski arenas for families (ski arena Steibis, Hündlebahn) and experienced people (Hochgrat train, ski arena Steibis) and for those that want to really try something big, they can drive 50 minutes to Oberstdorf (Nebelhorn, Kleinwalsertal, Fellhorn). There are multiple cross country trails in the surrounding area.

Golf: In a distance of about 20-30 km you will find 4 beautiful golf courses (Linda, Steibis, Oberstaufen and Ach) and a swing golf course in Opfenbach (10 km).

Other Activities: Cross-country skiing, walking, rafting, and more

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern in der Vorweihnachtszeit in diesem wunderschönen familienfreundlichen Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kinderschlafzimmer bestechen vor allem durch ihre hervorragenden Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten. Wir werden jederzeit und sehr gerne wieder kommen!!!

Familienurlaub über Ostern im Haus Struwwelpeter

Wir haben Ostern 2009 mit unserer Familie 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 2 und 3 Jahre in dem Ferienhaus verbracht.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz. Das Spielzimmer begeistert die Kleinen und auch draußen gibt es viele Spielmöglichkeiten,
Die ruhige Lage, die traumhafte Aussicht eine sehr schöne Terasse machen alles perfekt. Das frühere Kinderheim ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, die allerdings schon einem Alter sein sollten das sie über Treppen gehen können. Es war ein sehr gelungener schöner Urlaub der unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Temperatur am Warmwasserspeicher war zu niedrig eingestellt. Kann man selbst ändern ist aber nicht ganz einfach. Um Legionellen zu vermeiden muss die Temperatur auf 60°C angehoben werden
