****We Accept Credit Card Payments**** Please visit our updated website, rentourdisneyvilladotcom The Sun Garden is decorated to a high standard photos and has a screened pool with a large patio deck for sunbathing. A veranda covers the patio furniture making it an ideal spot for al fresco dining. A pool heater is available for use in the colder months at an additional charge. We have had a “Charley-Bar” installed on the patio doors for extra security and a child alarm that can be set to sound when the doors open. The pool’s underwater lights give a wonderful effect after dark. Our management company are on hand 24/7 to help you with any needs/problems. Please refer to their handbook found in the villa when you arrive. They provide a number of pre-bookable services as mentioned at the bottom of the rates page. The living area of our villa is 1400 sq. ft. (Excludes double garage and screened pool/patio area)

This comfortable pool home is perfectly situated for all the major tourist attractions in Orlando. We are just 15 minutes from Disney and less than 3 minutes from highway 192 where you will find big name restaurants, factory outlets and tourist attractions. Nearby is a recently opened link road that takes you over to Florida's largest Wal-Mart super centre (24 hr) which includes a pharmacy. Located 8 miles south east of Walt Disney World, yet you will feel like you are in the ranch lands of the most remote parts of Florida. Indian Point's location was chosen by the developers as it was not only full of wide open spaces and surrounding pine forests, but also close enough to the excitement of the many Orlando area attractions. No city distractions are found here. A large community park land with a lake, tennis court, communal pool and children's playground make this a wonderful location for any family vacation.

Guest book: 'We had such a special pearl anniversary at your villa. It was easy to book and actually cheaper than the hotel packages we were looking at. We are now quite tempted to buy a villa of our own!' Says Mr & Mrs E of Bexhill-On-Sea 'What we loved was the freedom that the villa afforded us ... we took off our watches, ate when we wanted, slept when we wanted (as much as our kids would let us anyway) and it was so cheap for our family of five... The enormous Wal-Mart was a bonus too - we seemed to live in there! ... We will never use a hotel again!' Says Mr & Mrs S of Hailsham 'The Villa was great!!! We were not there much because we drove down to Key West. We got to swim with a Dolphin and visit Seaworld. We also got to swim with tropical fish and stingrays...we had a great time. Thanks Mike!!!' Ideal für Disney-(und nicht-Disney-)Urlaub

Die Anmietung (vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Zahlung) ist sehr einfach und übersichtlich. Die Korrespondenz mit Familie Williams ist sehr nett und herzlich. Und die Schlüsselüber-/abgabe ist auch problemlos, da das House Management nur ein paar Meilen entfernt ist. Anfragen und evtl. kleine Reparaturen werden umgehend bearbeitet / ausgeführt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bestens.
Man wohnt in ruhiger Umgebung und doch verkehrsgünstig. Ein Mietwagen ist aber erforderlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Shopping gibt es satt an der US 192, allen voran der WalMart, wo es (fast) alles gibt, was man täglich benötigt.
Das Haus hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Es ist groß genug für 6 Leute, komplett eingerichtet, hat für Arbeitswütige auch Internet-Anschluss und wer morgens nicht mehr schlafen kann, spielt eine Runde Billard in der Garage. Dazu noch der Pool und ein Jacuzzi (herrlich zum Entspannen nach einem Disney-Tag) und wenn man möchte, ein Gasgrill (auf dem wir bestimmt schon eine ganze Rinderherde gegrillt haben). Kurzum, alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.
Wir hatten das Williams-Haus bereits im letzten Jahr (März) gemietet und sind auch dieses Jahr (Juni), diesmal mit Freunden und deren 15 Monate alten Sohn, dort wieder gelandet. Kinder-Hochstuhl, Babybett, Spielzeug, alles war da.
Wir fühlen uns im Sun Garden Haus superwohl, inzwischen ist es unser "Florida-Domizil" geworden und wir werden es nächstes Jahr garantiert wieder mieten. Unsere Freunde wollen übrigens wieder mit! Na, wenn das nichts heißt ...
