The vacation rental you are interested in, is inside an upscale 24 hour security staffed gated community with multimillion dollar homes. Communities like ours with large private properties are in more secure areas, quiet and tranquil located a few miles West of the ocean. Therefore we are not directly on the beach. We do have direct waterfront since we are located on 2 lakes. With a car you are within short driving distance to one of the most beautiful beaches. Our property is perfect for the discerning guest that is requesting privacy and peace within a luxurious environment, demanding high end finishes of an upscale rental property that is yet centrally located close to everything.
Additional Information about the Guesthouse & Pool: Inside the gated community we are the last property in a cul-de-sac location, which gives you additional privacy, entering the estate through a separate private gate which leads to the property with over 6 acres, surrounded by lakes for great fishing, access to nature trails for hiking or horseback riding, dirt bike or ATV activities. On the property is a gorgeous resort style pool with large marble pavers deck, a swim up bar with 4 barstools in the water and tiki hut with built in lowered pit with additional seating area, beach entrance, sun-shelf with lounge chairs directly in the shallow water, huge waterfall with grotto, vanishing edge that has the water spill over into a lower level retaining area with a real sand play area for kids right behind the pool, all fenced in for additional security. There are additional wooden decks in front of the Guesthouse & near the pool area, barbecue, outside, dining table & chairs, covered decks with sitting & lounge area, palm trees & hammocks.

We are centrally located in West Delray Beach, just outside the city limits of Boca Raton. Therefore you have the convenience of 2 cities right nearby. Delray Beach with Atlantic Avenue right north of us, which leads to a beautiful white sandy beach, numerous little restaurants with a large variety of food offerings. There are breakfast, lunch and dinner places right at A1A at the beach for your convenience. Only 3 minutes away driving south, the upscale Boca Raton has right around the corner on Clint Moore Road a brand new Shopping Plaza with Publix Groceries, Starbucks, UPS store and various restaurants as well as wine and liquor store. Also close by is the upscale Boca Raton Town Center Mall on Glades Road. Numerous Restaurants, Shops and Specialty Stores are all very close to our central but yet tranquil location.

Thanks to a recent population surge, Palm Beach has seen growth in its facilities and attractions as well, with new restaurants popping up—including spots that satisfy luxurious tastes as well as more down-to-earth options—and, of course, lots of shopping opportunities. As it has been said, Palm Beach County truly has something for everyone.
Demographics and Geography
Palm Beach County is huge, and it spans from the millionaires’ mansions in inland Palm Beach to the rural farming communities that abut Lake Okeechobee—Belle Glade and Pahokee.
Palm Beach County covers 1,971 square miles, larger than either Delaware or Rhode Island. The county's northernmost point is part of Tequesta, and its southernmost point is Boca Raton -- a driving distance of about 50 miles. The Atlantic shoreline stretches about 45 miles, with public beaches all along the way.
Just over 1.3 million people live in Palm Beach County, which makes it the third largest among Florida counties. Many celebrities and high-profile individuals reside within the county borders, including Jimmy Buffett, Rod Stewart, Jack Nicklaus and Venus and Serena Williams, amongst many others.
Education
The School District of Palm Beach County is the 11th largest district in the continental United States, operating 187 schools with more than 171,000 students, where they speak some 150 languages and dialects. The budget hovers around $2.5 billion. Palm Beach County is also home to many charter schools, religious schools and several alternative schools, including the Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach.
Florida Atlantic University, which is part of the state university system, is based in Boca Raton, but has several satellite campuses, including one in Jupiter. Palm Beach State College, which offers mostly two-year degrees, has campuses in Lake Worth, Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton and Belle Glade. The county has three private universities: Lynn University in Boca Raton, and Northwood and Palm Beach Atlantic universities in West Palm Beach.
Things to Do
Anyone who believes in the adage 'shop 'til you drop' certainly will enjoy Palm Beach County. Aside from hundreds upon hundreds of strip shopping centers, the county has four indoor malls -- The Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens, the Boynton Beach Mall, Wellington Green and Town Center in Boca Raton. There's also CityPlace, a $600 million retail and entertainment complex in the heart of West Palm Beach, and, of course, there's Worth Avenue in Palm Beach with one upscale shop after the next.
Looking for a concert or show? During the season, take in one of the many offerings at the Raymond E. Kravis Center for Performing Arts, next to CityPlace in West Palm Beach. Whether you choose to see a road company performance of a Broadway show, get tickets to see some of the world-famous singers and comedians, or opt for one of The Kravis Center’s shows for children, you’re sure to have a memorable experience.
Drive West from West Palm Beach, and you'll find the Cruzan Amphitheatre, which gears many of its shows to teens and the under-30 crowd. Or head south to Boca Raton and take in a performance at the Mizner Park Amphitheater, where recent performers include Meat Loaf and Norah Jones.
During February and March, Jupiter's Roger Dean Stadium is the Spring Training home for the Florida Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals. The stadium is intimate and comfortable, and the Abacoa neighborhood it's in has several eateries and drinking holes if stadium hot dogs aren't your optimal cuisine.
Palm Beach County government operates 79 parks, including two water parks. Many municipalities have parks, as well. But for a bigger adventure, head west of Boynton Beach and take an air board ride into the Everglades, known as the River of Grass, where you’re bound to spot alligators and other wildlife in their native habitats.
Among the many special events in Palm Beach County, the most popular are the South Florida Fair, a two-week extravaganza held in the winter, just west of West Palm Beach, and SunFest, an arts and music festival held along the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach in the spring. Delray Beach has a host of festivals, as well, including the more “eccentric,” shall we say, Garlic Fest each February, where guests can sample garlic ice cream. Wellington, of West Palm Beach, often draws a large equestrian crowd, who enjoy Palm Beach Polo, amongst other activities.
Among the favorite beaches in Palm Beach County are John D. MacArthur Beach State Park on Singer Island, Coral Cover Park in Tequesta, Lake Worth Beach and its fishing pier, Delray Beach and Spanish River Park in Boca Raton. The selection is truly endless.
