The home is excellent equipped, you find a 60' high def TV in the great room, in the two masters a 26' and a 28' and another 30' on the lanai. Phone calls inside the US and Canada are free as well as calls to landline phones in 11 countries in Europe. High speed internet access with W-LAN is a mandatory for us. The bedrooms are all equipped with King Size beds to comfort everybody. The pool, spa, Lanai and pool deck is facing south, enjoy the Florida Sun from dusk to dawn. Welcome in Villa MERIDIAN !!

  • The rate is for a party of 2. Each additional person is $16.00 per night. Kids up to the age of 12 stay free. Electricity allowance is $35.00 per week overage will be charged with $0.12/KWH. The final cleaning fee is $150.00, the security deposit to be paid cash to the house manager is $500.00. There is a minimum stay of 2 weeks for X-mas and Easter and a surcharge of 10%. + 11 % Tax.
