We are letting our new frontline beach penthouse with direct access to the beach. The property is very spacious with over 280m² built surface. The property offers unforgettable views over the Mediterranean Sea till Gibraltar and Africa. You enjoy panoramic sea views from almost every room. On the main level is the spacious living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and the covered main terrace with over 80m². Listen to the sea and relax on our lordly outside lounge, the garden table or at the swing. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite-bath and 2 further bedrooms with single beds sharing a shower room on the landing. In front of the seaside bedrooms there is a second terrace with second garden furniture offering unforgettable sea views. On top is the spacious roof terrace with all day sun. If you like to spend your holidays in a luxury ambience with direct access to the beach, large community pool and a private paddle tennis court .

Our penthouse is located midst the town of Estepona on the west and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas to the east. The complex is located on the very first beach line with lovely gardens and pool at the sea. Further you will find a private paddle tennis court. In just 150 meters is a very good restaurant with Assador (open fireplace). In 300 meters you will find the new Albayt Golf & Country Club with excellent restaurant and Spa. You can relax at the indoor or outdoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath or book a professional massage. Further here is a very good fitness-club. San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door with numerous bars, restaurants, shops etc. Here you will find a lovely beach promenade along a 4 km. long sandy beach. The near villages of Manilva and Casares are typical examples for the Andalucian white villages. A visit here is highly recommended! Marbella and Puerto banus are just a short drive away.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 42,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.

    NOTE: prices for winter 09/10 are for a minimum stay of 4 weeks!
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Great Time in Spain

This property has an amazing location with a view of the mediterrean to die for. The terraces are wonderful and get full sun all day which was wonderful during our stay in Feburary. The apartment is furnished very well with all necessities and lots of extras. Keep in mind there is no clothes dryer as the Spainish do not seem to use them. The only negative is that there is no internet available and you have to go up the street to the gulf club for access. There are lots of good restaurants within an easy drive and the location worked well for a home base. We were able to get to Portugal, Africa, and Sevilla quite easily and of course enjoyed the more local areas like Rhonda, Estepona and Gilbrator.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einmaliger Luxuswohnung

Urlaub in einer Traumwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlte! Super sauber und gepflegt, sehr netter Kontakt, einwandfreie Anfahrt, da wir super vorbereitet wurden. Die Dame vor Ort war sehr zuverlässig, kam pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe und war sehr sehr nett. Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern, kein Bild ist geschummelt. Also, wer sich etwas Luxus gönnen will, sollte diese Wohnung buchen, auch unser vierjähriger Sohn hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einsamer Strand (Juni) genau vor der Nase und wer etwas mehr Trubel möchte fährt in die nächste Bucht. Sehr gepflegte Strandbars und unglaublich nett zu Kindern.

Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Erholsame und sehr"geräumige" Ferien

Die korrekte Bewertung aus unserer Sicht wäre: Schulnote 2++

Wir (3 EW + 3 Kinder) waren Ende Mai / Anfang Juni für 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Wirklich eine sehr grosse, sehr gut eingerichtete und gut gelegene Penthouse Wohnung, mit ansprechender Einrichtung. Wir waren mit der Übergabe-Organisation und auch mit dem freundlichen Vermieter vollauf zufrieden. Alles war gut organisiert und bestens in Schuss. Die Ausicht von allen Balkonen Richtung Meer und Gibraltar war wirklich super! Wir können dieses Penthouse wirklich weiter empfehlen!

Warum hat es nicht zur Note 1 gereicht?
An der Aussenfassade der gesamten Wohnanlage nisten Dutzende von Schwalben. Es werden zwar auch regelmässig die Geh- und Zuwege gereinigt, aber so schnell wie hier wieder "Not am Mann ist", kann kein Reinigunsgdienst hinterher kommen. Da wir kleine Kinder haben, waren die Auswirkungen der Schwalben zum Teil doch störend, wenn es darum ging, "unfallfrei" in Richtung Penthouse zu kommen. Für Erwachsene allerdings überhaupt kein Problem.
Nur noch ein abschliessender Hinweis: Ein Mietwagen ist Pflicht, gerade auch um den zum Teil sehr guten Restaurant-Tipps des Vermieters folgen zu können.
