We are letting our new frontline beach penthouse with direct access to the beach. The property is very spacious with over 280m² built surface. The property offers unforgettable views over the Mediterranean Sea till Gibraltar and Africa. You enjoy panoramic sea views from almost every room. On the main level is the spacious living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and the covered main terrace with over 80m². Listen to the sea and relax on our lordly outside lounge, the garden table or at the swing. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite-bath and 2 further bedrooms with single beds sharing a shower room on the landing. In front of the seaside bedrooms there is a second terrace with second garden furniture offering unforgettable sea views. On top is the spacious roof terrace with all day sun. need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. GREAT TIME IN SPAIN

This property has an amazing location with a view of the mediterrean to die for. The terraces are wonderful and get full sun all day which was wonderful during our stay in Feburary. The apartment is furnished very well with all necessities and lots of extras. Keep in mind there is no clothes dryer as the Spainish do not seem to use them. The only negative is that there is no internet available and you have to go up the street to the gulf club for access. There are lots of good restaurants within an easy drive and the location worked well for a home base. We were able to get to Portugal, Africa, and Sevilla quite easily and of course enjoyed the more local areas like Rhonda, Estepona and Gilbrator.

WUNDERSCHÖNER AUSBLICK, ABER PENTHOUSE???

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Terrasse vom Wohnzimmer aus bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick.
Leider ist bei dem Objekt ein Renovierungsrückstand festzustellen. Die Betten sind für Max. 180 cm Körpergröße geeignet. Inventar wie Besteck und Geschirr ist "Sammlergut".
Der Vermieterkontakt war gut, dito Ansprechpartner Hausmeister. Pool ist eng eingezäunt, reicht aber aus...in der Nebensaison.
Urlaub war OK, würde aber nicht nochmals diese FW buchen.

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir werden uns das Besteck und Geschirr nochmals ansehen, doch ich bin mir sicher, dass es Ihnen auch selbst aufgefallen ist, dass die komplette Terrassenmöbilierung und die Sofas im Wohnzimmer alle neu tapaziert wurden. Somit kann von einem Renovierungsrückstand keine Rede sein.

Dies bestätigen auch die vorherigen Gästestimmen.

SCHÖNE FERIENWOHNUNG MIT TRAUMHAFTEM MEERBLICK

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ein Traum sind die großen Terrassen mit der wunderbaren Aussicht, auf denen wir sehr viel Zeit verbracht haben. Man schläft mit Meeresrauschen ein! Sehr unkompliziert verlief auch die Buchungsabwicklung, und die Betreuung durch Vermieter und Verwalter war sehr freundlich und die zahlreichen Restaurant- und Freizeittipps im Vorfeld sehr hilfreich. Die Anlage ist etwas abgelegen, wie schon mehrfach beschrieben wurde, so dass man ein Auto benötigt, um abends schön essen zu gehen oder auch mal durch eine Stadt zu bummeln. Wenn man jedoch eher Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist die Lage sehr gut. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit 3 Kindern ist diese Wohnung jedenfalls sehr gut geeignet.

TRAUMHAFTER URLAUB

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung Bermuda Beach 3 war einer der schönsten Urlaube jemals. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung, die Betreuung im Vorfeld seitens der Vermieter war mehr als umfassend und ausführlich. Der Hausverwalter, der die Wohnungsübergabe vor Ort gemacht hat war sehr nett. Der Ausblick von den Balkonen/Terrassen ist unvergleichlich. Das Klima selbst im Hochsommer so angenehm, dass wir jede Nacht mit offenen Balkontüren bei Meeresrauschen schlafen konnten. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Alles rundherum wunderschön. Die Anlage liegt wunderbar abseits von allem Rummel und Trubel. Wenn wir den wollten, sind wir mit dem Auto (Tiefgarage) nach Estepona gefahren. Ausflüge haben wir nur 4 gemacht: Grenada - Alhambra (weit, 220 km, aber fahrbar) Tarifa mit Whale watching - das war das Beeindruckendste!!!!!!!!!!!!! und Gibraltar - unbedingt Auto in Spanien lassen und laufen. Ist alles nicht zu weit. Dort haben wir dann mit einem Taxi eine geführte Rundfahrt gemacht und den Rest erbummelt. Die restlichen Tage haben wir den Strand und den Pool genossen. Wir waren nicht mal häufig Essen oder etwas Trinken oder in einem der wunderschönen Häfen der Umgebung bummeln.
Der Blick und die Ruhe auf unserer riesigen Terasse war einfach zu schön.
Wir haben viel gegrillt und die Augen spazieren gehen lassen.

WUNDERSCHÖNER BLICK VOM BALKON

Wir fanden eine saubere Wohnung vor, die exakt der Beschreibung entspricht. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der grandiose Ausblick aufs Meer. Sonne den ganzen Tag, selbst im November 18 Grad und mehr.

Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos, man kam uns sogar zeitlich entgegen. Ein Problem mit dem WLAN wurde umgehend behoben. TOP-Service.
Eine sehr ausführliche Beschreibung der Sehenswürdigkeiten/Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung wurden uns bereits vor Reisebeginn übersandt. Supermärkte (Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl) sind ca. 4 km entfernt.

Lohnenswerte Tagesausflüge: Ronda, Sevilla, Granada (ca. 2-2.5 h entfernt) sowie Gibraltar (30 Minuten)

Warum kein 5. Stern ? Die Möbel auf dem Balkonen sind von der Meeresluft rostig, ebenso der Grill. Auch die Auflagen müssten erneuert werden.


Alles in allem ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in Andalusien

SUPERURLAUB IN ANDALUSIEN

Waren Gast im Bermuda Beach 3 Appartement. TOP.
Unkomplizierte Buchung, exakte Wegbeschreibung zum Haus. Kontaktaufnahme mit Lynn der Hausverwalterin, verlief reibungslos und nett.
Eine tolle Wohnung um sich wohlzufühlen, zu entspannen, das Ambiente zu geniessen. Eigentlich hatte man gar keine Lust eine der 3 Terrassen zu verlassen um das grüne Hinterland zu erkunden; aber es hat sich natürlich gelohnt es doch zu tun. Imposanter Besuch des Bergdorfes Casares, Ronda nicht weit, ebenso Gibraltar. Auch kurze Wege zum Einkaufen um sich in der voll ausgestatteten Küche was nettes zu "bruzeln".
Ich kann keinen Kritikpunkt angeben.
Adresse ist gespeichert um demnächst nochmal zu buchen.

Our penthouse is located midst the town of Estepona on the west and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas to the east. The complex is located on the very first beach line with lovely gardens and pool at the sea. Further you will find a private paddle tennis court. In just 150 meters is a very good restaurant with Assador (open fireplace). In 300 meters you will find the new Albayt Golf & Country Club with excellent restaurant and Spa. You can relax at the indoor or outdoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath or book a professional massage. Further here is a very good fitness-club. San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door with numerous bars, restaurants, shops etc. Here you will find a lovely beach promenade along a 4 km. long sandy beach. The near villages of Manilva and Casares are typical examples for the Andalucian white villages. A visit here is highly recommended! Marbella and Puerto banus are just a short drive away.
