The Finca was build in a typical Majorcan style in 2002 and is located in a stunning location on an elevation near the small city of Sant Joan in the middle of the island of Majorca. The house combines traditional Majorcan architecture with modern technology. The elevated, picturesque location gives you a breath-taking view over the land and the mountain world of Majorca. The house has a total area of about 450 m² and has 5 double bedrooms. These are separated in the main house (2 double bedrooms) and two separate apartments, one with 2 double bedrooms and one with 1 double bedroom). The house can be rented completely or optionally just the apartments. The house is equipped with heated flooring and can be inhabited throughout the year. The pool has a size of 6x12 m. In the pool house you will find a sauna where you can enjoy a view of the Tramuntana and the surrounding landscape.

The main house has 300 m2 of living space, a 150 m patio and a well-kept garden with thousands of square metres with its own boccie area, shooting range for archery, cactus garden and an olive and orange grove with its own springs, which is very spacious and expansive. The total house has heated flooring and heat absorbing glass. The ground floor is separated into a large living hall, the dining and seminar room with a 6 m table and 12 spaces, open and separately closed fireplace, an open kitchen and a separate living/television room. The top floor has two identically arranged spacious sleeping areas with a bathroom en suite (each 25 m2) and closets. Miscellaneous: satellite TV, gas and electric oven in the kitchen.

The finca is located on a hill in a secluded location and you can have a stunning view of above the land reaching to the Tramuntana mountain chain. Due to the central location of the finca in the middle of the island, it is not far from famous attractions. The sea and the nearest beaches can be reached in about 25 km (20 min. drive). The airport and Palma de Mallorca are located 35 km away, they can be reached directly in 25 minutes through the new street Manacor-Palma. The nearest shopping facilities, markets and restaurants are located in Sant Joan, Petra, Sineu or Manacor.
