Where ?: upper lonsdale, north vancouver, bc. The suite is adjacent to princess park, 10 minutes from north shore tourist attractions and 20 minutes from downtown.

Access: situated approximately 5 minutes from highway 1 exit 18. 40 minutes drive from vancouver international airport, or 1hr drive north of the us border. Ample street parking outside the suite. Also served by the 230 bus route which runs right past the house and takes you directly to lonsdale quay, connecting with the seabus to downtown. LENGTH OF STAY:
While we generally prefer minimum 7 night stays we will usually make exceptions if you dates are within the next 30 days, or your reservation abuts another existing booking, without leaving gaps.
PRE-APPROVED SHORT STAY DATES:
All remaining available November and December 2014 dates we will accept minimum 1 night stay as follows:
1 night stay = $125/nt for a Sun-Thurs, $150 for a Fri-Sat night. Rates as posted for a 2+ night stay.
Ample street parking to the front of the house.
Strictly no smoking in the suite or on the property.
Sorry, no pets
Check-in is offered from 3pm on day of arrival and check-out must be by 11am on the day of departure.

We emigrated to Canada from the UK several years ago and are now proud citizens of our new country. We absolutely love the West Coast with it's unique mix of cosmopolitan city, gorgeous scenery and endless outdoor recreational opportunities. We are experienced hosts renting three furnished apartments in Vancouver, BC for a number of years to vacationers, new residents and contract workers and we have added a beautiful 4-bedroom pool home in the Palm Springs desert to our portfolio. This suite is very practical in layout, spacious in size and also private as all of the principle rooms look out onto secluded side gardens and are not overlooked.
The particular benefits of this suite are the peaceful setting with forested trails and creeks literally across the road, yet just 20 minutes drive to Downtown and right on transit if you want to take the bus. A sense of Vancouver's mountains on the doorstep but convenient for the city.
Apartment were perfect for our long visit. Everything was as billed. Landlord was most cooperative in helping us. Bus access was amazing and enabled us to visit all our sites efficiently. Parking on the road was no problem. We will plan to visit again next year.
We had a wonderful stay at Princess Park Suite. The accomodations were affordable, comfortable, and very clean. It was located in a very beautiful neighborhood on the mountainous side in North Vancouver. This was actually one of our favorite parts of town because it was close to everything. We had everything we needed and we appreciated all of the help with recommendations, maps, etc, especially since our Garmin decided to quit on the first day of our vacation. We are very thankful for the maps you provided for us.

Thanks Adrian for providing such a lovely suite in a beautiful area of North Vancouver at such a reasonable price. We vacationed in Vancouver in many previous occasions but had always stayed in hotels. The whole experience was very positive and enjoyable. The site is informative and is very easy to use and the product is everything advertised. During our stay, we did not have to call you or David because everything we needed was provided for! Thanks again, I definitely recommend staying at Princess Park Suite!
Most previous reviewers have covered what we experienced very well. Besides the shower to die for and great WiFi, the suite offered a spacious home base for a couple from which to explore Vancouver and is well furnished to cook breakfast and (email hidden)incess Park across the street is a great place to hike in the morning before breakfast and in the evening to relax; good wildlife, great trees and winding trails. Public transportation is about forty paces up the street with frequent access to the North Vancouver Quay, connection to the Water Bus, and directly from there further on into central Vancouver, Granville Island, Stanley Park, and the University of British Columbia. Groceries, supplies, and amenities are local and easily accessible.
Most of all, Adrian went above and beyond the call of duty by responding to our very special environmental allergy needs ahead of time and during our visit, and we would recommend his rental as an easy place to clean, with only attractive laminated flooring and tile (not the carpets, etc. that harbor allergens, perfumes and mold that one often finds in more commercial ventures).
And, if anyone wants to know the best places for Fish and Chips, Adrian, the "Brit" is the best possible resource!

Excellent space, great location, bus serviced the area right to the sea bus into downtown quiet loaction, fully stocked apartment, hst was wonderful and had everything ready and available. get a daily transit ticket for $10 at the shppers drug store and you can travel all day in Vancouver, buses run every half hour until late. If i return to Vancouver i shall gladly come back.
