Detached 17th century house in the old village, 10 sq.m garden, up to 12 people

250 sq.m living space on 2 to 3 floors. Carefully renovated. Granite floors in the kitchen*, hallway and bathroom *. Old structures were rediscovered in this process. This property is one of a kind. The ground floor contains a spacious kitchen with vaulted ceilings, one additional bathroom with vaulted ceilings, two living rooms (Stüvas), one single bedroom and a large entrance area (Sulèr), which can be used as a dining room for up to 12 people. On the top floor, there are 5 bedrooms and a small bathroom.

Museums and Galleries: There are a good number of museums and galleries showing paintings and sculptures for art fans from all over the world. Resounding names like Giovanni Segantini, Friedrich Nietzsche, Milli Weber and Andrea Robbi are honoured with museums here. Contemporary artists like Fischli / Weiss or Pipilotti Rist have their own art platform in the valley thanks to the project Art Public Plaiv. Any art lover will find something to his or her taste in the Engadin galleries.

Sports: The fascinating mountains, lakes and light invite you to numerous activities: Hiking, climbing, horseback riding, fishing, cycling... Thanks to its ideal conditions, you can go sailing or surfing, play golf, go mountain biking, Nordic walking, kite-surfing, inline-skating, skiing or cross country skiing. This truly is paradise.

The mountain village Bever in the heart of Oberengadin is located a few minutes by car from St. Moritz. This quiet village with approximately 700 inhabitants is surrounded by wonderful landscape. The black spikes of the local Crasta Mora mountain are the landmark of the community, which has been awarded several prizes for the exceptional care with which it maintains its appearance. This is an ideal holiday spot for all those who wish to avoid the hubbub of some other places.

Golf: You can play golf in front of the most astonishing mountain panorama in Zuoz or Samedan, for example.

Ski: The Oberengadin region has 50 chairlifts and aerial trams, which take you to the countless slopes, some of which are up to 3300 m above sea level. It is considered a sure snow area from November till April.
