The 166 sq m large villa is located on a 2,300 sq m property. There are 4 bedrooms with air conditioning plus a fan (2 double beds and 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms. A completely equipped kitchen with a dining area and a large living room with air conditioning. In the living room, you will find a large TV, DVD, CD... the large roof deck and the patios (about 130 sq m) are equipped with exclusive garden furniture. The large pool and the kiddie pool are also available. In the area outside, you will find a large grill with a BBQ area. The shower outside has cold and warm water. There is a double car port available for you as well. In the villa Zeus, traditional construction and modern, comfortable furnishing was connected together stylishly. Everything you need for vacation is present in the villa.

Lefkogia is a small village and is only 1200 m from the closest beach. In a few minutes you will get to Plakias. In the city you will find a pub and a supermarket, gas station... from the villa you have a view of the sea, the mountains and the olive groves. Only a few kilometers away you can find the Preveli monastery and a lot of other attractions. We run the villa ourselves and are available for any information you may need. Shinaria, the bay for diving and a few other bays can be reached in a few minutes. We have two bikes available. In the other olive groves, you can go jogging and go on long hikes.

The bed sheets and the towels are changed weekly - if you like, they can be changed twice a week.
