This delightful 2 bedroom (one of the bedrooms is a den that does not have a window) 1 bath condo at Playa Del sol has 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. Located on the 5th floor the balcony gives you a relaxing view of the buildings quiet courtyard. It is fully furnished and includes everything you need to feel at home, from baking sheets to potato peelers everything is here for you to make a home cooked meal. The roof top pool on the 3rd floor is only a short walk away and the lake is across the street from the building. There's no better place to start your vacation. Playa Del Sol is one of Kelowna's most beautiful vacation resorts, it has an outdoor pool and hot tub on the 3rd floor rooftop, fitness facility and steam room. The trendy Cabana Bar and Grille and a coffee shop can also be found in the building and Starbucks is only a 5 min walk down the street.

About Ben McLoughlin

Ben McLoughlin is a young Entrepreneur who now owns 3 properties in Playa Del Sol. After serving in the army for 3 years and spending his winters working in the oil fields of Alberta he has invested all of his hard earnings in this business. Kelsey McLoughlin is his right hand lady, property manager and wife, she helps manage the properties when Ben is working forest fire fighting in the summer. Together they make a wonderful team and do their darndest to ensure you have an amazing visit to Kelowna.

Wonderful Location excellent set up

We sincerely enjoyed our stay. The booking process was very simple and it was nice working with Ben and Kelsey. Kelsey met us when we arrived and showed us to our unit which was exceptionally clean and had wine, bottled water and chocolates waiting for us! The patio was great and we enjoyed using the BBQ. It took us a couple days to fully understand the layout of the building but once we got everything figured out it was great. I will definitely be booking here again and loved it.

Staying at the Playa

I like this room and the people who own the condo. The reception and personal touch by Kelsey was nice. A bottle of red wine on the kitchen table and some chocolates was a pleasant surprise. The condo is clean and the location is great; looking out over the quiet courtyard is relaxing after busy day. Everything you need is in the condo but I would change a few things. The ad states the beds are a Queen, yes, but a small Queen Size. My wife and I couldn't sleep on the same bed as this isn't a larger Queen bed that we sleep on at home. All our friends that came by to visit stated "this is a double bed". We were inconvenienced on our last night by someone who took our parking stall. I contacted the Security, they told me to contact the building manager, I called him and he said he would call me right back. After waiting an hour from 11PM to 12AM, I called the manager back; his phone was shut off. I called the owners of the condo with no reply from phone or text until the next morning. We had to ask the Security Guard to not tow our vehicle away as we had to park in the visitor/resturant parking overnight. The bed and parking were my main concerns. I also think it would be nice if they had a full size coffee pot in the room instead of a two cup maker. I would rent this condo again if the bed was bigger and we had some sort of guarantee that something would be done about the parking if someone took our spot again. Maybe even bring a larger coffee maker and leave it there. The Condo is nice and clean, the location is beautiful and the complex has a nice pool and hot tub to enjoy at the end of the day or if you are tired of going to the beach. I love the room but would like to see a bigger bed next year.

Beautiful Location wonderful owners

My family and I arrived in August 2014 and really enjoyed the place, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The location on the 5th floor was nice and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and BBQ'ing. The owner Ben was super helpful through the booking process and the manager Kelsey was there to meet us when we arrive. We recommend that future travellers bring their own shampoo etc. as that is not provided. There was a hair dryer though. Really recommend this condo, would definitely book with them again.
