|Minimum Stay||3 - 7 nights|
Spend a relaxing week at the newly updated Birch Shores cottage, which has no home on either side!
This pleasant 3 bedroom, 1 bath hideaway has all new furniture and fresh paint inside and out. Enjoy the private 189 foot perfect sand beach, nestled among towering birch and pine trees. Sit on the deck and watch as your children enjoy wading and swimming in the extended shallows in front of the cabin. Fish for walleye, pike and perch in the pristine waters of Lake Bellaire! The quiet wooded neighborhood lends itself to refreshing morning and evening jogging or walking. Located between the quaint towns of Bellaire and Alden, and close to many good restaurants, Torch Lake, Lake Michigan and the larger towns of Traverse City, Charlevoix and Petoskey, Birch Shores is a perfect choice for your upcoming family vacation! We will be adding photos of the cottage exterior and inside views as we near the completion
of its transformation.
Growing up in northern Indiana, the highlight of each spring was our family trip to northern Michigan to hunt for mushrooms! Heading north still puts a smile on our faces, as we have continued this tradition with our own children, and now even some grandkids. We love having a place to relax in the beauty of northern Michigan and would like to share it with your family!
Greg and Ruth Chupp purchased this cottage in 2012
Lake Bellaire is a great lake for fishing with excellent sandy beaches. Our cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and affords excellent privacy.
We love all the trees surrounding this property, lending a pleasant sense of privacy and there's always a delicious scent of pines in the air!
