Diese Wohnung ist ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, gut eingerichtet, und auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Villengegend mit viel Grün drumrum und ist trotzdem hervorragend angebunden an den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr (S-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Bus, Havel-Schiffe).
