The apartment is located on Boulevard du Mont Boron, the most sought after area in Nice and has panoramic views stretching from the old port of Nice, across the Baie des Anges to Cap D'Antibes and with wide open Mediterranean views. Being southwest facing the large terrace (approx 9 sq m) is sun soaked in the afternoon until dusk and is an ideal place for evening cocktails or just relaxing.

The furnishings are modern, light and the rooms are airy. Floors in the hall and sitting room are marble, as is the entrance lobby, reflecting the high quality of the whole building. There is a private parking bay in the basement and access to the apartment from there or from the lobby is by lift or stairs. Very close by is Villfranche Sur Mer with its fantastic natural harbour and from there onwards St Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu sur mer, Monaco and Menton. In the other direction lies Antibes and Provence. This is an ideal location from which to explore The Cote D'Azur. Beaches abound.

Nearest Ferry : Nice old port at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Train : Nice at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach : Nice at 0.8 Kilometres
Car: not necessary

Nice, Antibes, Villefranche, Eze, Monte Carlo, Monaco, Menton and Provence are all within easy reach. So are the beaches.

The views from the apartment are second to none and are panoramic over Nice and beyond. The apartment is particularly ideal for a couple just wanting something a bit special.

My local representative is English, fluent in french and sorts out any difficulties that may arise.

With private parking and a supermarket close by it is a great place to relax, enjoy the weather and do just what you wish to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The view from the front balcony was breathtaking and the place was clean and classy. The second balcony in the rear of the place was really nice as it captured the morning sun. The location near a major grocery is very helpful. There is a beach within walking distance, which was nice. We would take evening swims most nights. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the noise. The apartment is near the top of a hill, so there is some noise from cars, trucks, and motorbikes, but most of Nice is noisy so perhaps you can't escape the noise wherever you stay. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at this apartment.
