The typical old Ligurian village house is made of two bedrooms, a large roof deck, eat-in kitchen and bathroom. Through marble stairs you can get to the upper floor. There you will find the spacious, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a small bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom. In the kitchen, a small winding staircase leads into the top floor room equipped with a sleeper-sofa, from which you can get to a beautiful, large roof deck. From here you will have a fantastic panorama view over the Prinotal (a sea view if there is beautiful weather) and almost all day sun. Pets upon request. Prela Castello is an ideal, landmark location with burg ruins from the XII century in the middle of olive groves. The street going through the village (only street) is seldom used and ends at the sunny piazza in front of the Baroque church. The nearest grocery stores are in Vasia (about 3 km) and Pantasina (2.5 km).

The very beautiful and clean (ADAC test) beaches of Imperia can be reached in 25 minutes by car. Not far from here you will find very beautiful and interesting cities that can be reached easily by car: if you go eastward and drive along the coast, you can visit Diano Marina (8 km), Alassio (25 km), Portofino (140 km) and Cinqueterre (150 km): f you go west, you can get to San Remo (20 km), Monaco (55 km), Nice (about 75 km) and Saint Tropez (180 km). Should you prefer the mainland, then just a few kilometers from IMperia you will find charming, antique medieval villages and great mountains. Sanremo and Alassio, and the cities between, can be reached by buses from Imperia that drive every 20 minutes. The region is ideal or mountain biking and racing tours. You can enjoy the tranquility of the mountains or the colorful life on the coast.
