85m2, Located 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the beginning of the 5th avenue, this huge apartment has one of the best location in a quiet area. The terrace has ocean view, the apartment is located on the second floor, has a huge living area with open kitchen and 2 bedrooms.

Master bedroom and king size bed with a private bathroom and the other bedroom has 2 matrimonial bed with his bathroom. Nice ocean view terrace, with table and 4 chair, Floor is pink marmol and decoration is 'kitch romantic'.

In order to have a better rate and let you decide if you want o spend a lot or not in electricity, we have not included electricity in the rent.

We had also a laundry service 1/week and more if you need.

Include: 2 hand towel, 2 bath towel and 2 beach towel per person

Needs work

Good location and spacious apartment. Owners were nice and tried to be helpful. However, on arrival it smelled of old mop water and felt a little grimy and not quite clean. Poorly equipped. No beach chairs. Only 1 towel per person is provided and there is no washer and dryer. They start to smell after a couple of days in the humidity. The owners will take them to the laundry but then you don't have towels. The beds are uncomfortable and of poor quality as are the linens. Internet is available in only a corner of the master bedroom as it is pulled from another apartment. It was not clear to us that the cost of the electricity used was extra. We found that out the morning after arrival. We used the air conditioner for the first night only and we were out of the apartment most of the time and the cost for the week was $50. It is advertized that there is access to the resort pool and gym. However, all several hundred homes in the development have that access and the resort allows only about 50 people to use the facilities at one time. You must go to the resort about 8:30 am and stand in line and hope to get in. We were able to get in only 1 day in the 10 we were there. This could be a nice rental with some changes, plenty of towels and beach towels, beach chairs, a good cleaning, better beds and linens.

Owner's Response: " Good location and spacious apartment " Indeed this apartment is very well located a few steps from the sea and a few steps from the famous Quinta.

 "The owners were friendly and tried to be helpful ," Thanks, We strive to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay.

"However, upon arrival, he felt water old broom " We are surprised because the maid had finished cleaning 1 hour before your arrival but the apartment was closed. We note to improve it and to open the windows for the futur arrivals.

" No beach chairs. " Know that the beach chairs are not part of standard accessories that provide rental apartments and respond to your request we have provided them to you.


"Only 1 towel per person is provided " 4 towels were provided per person (2 hand towels , 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel ), following your comment , we added 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel additional .


"There is no washing machine and dryer " Indeed, this is specified in VRBO , and we offer a free cleaning service throughout their stay , laundry cleans in max. 4h .



"The Internet is only available in a corner of the master bedroom ." Actually this is specified on the presentation of the apartment, since we bought a router.


"It was not clear to us that the cost of electricity used was extra ." We are sorry, but this is nonetheless specify in the description of the apartment and in the contract that we sent you with the booking. It is a choice we made for the rental price is more accessible and everyone uses electricity as they want.


"The cost of electricity for the week was $ 50 ." You paid exactly 38 USD , which does not seem very excessive considering the price of electricity Playacar .

"The access to the hotel pool and gym at the hotel . " This is an additional service we offered , in general , the first arrivals have this free access within the limits of availability of the hotel according to the seasons .
"This could be a beautiful location with a few changes , plenty of towels and beach towels, beach chairs, a good cleaning, linen ." We have noted your constructive comments and made changes accordingly. Thank you for taking the time for helping us to improve our vacation rental home.
