The prefect location in Palm Springs, a quiet oasis, yet only 4 short blocks to the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Palm Springs has to offer. Nestle by the gas fireplace on a cool winter evening, sunbath by the pool, have a relaxing soak in the spa after a morning hike up one of several spectacular trails just minutes from the front door, the options are limitless. Once you've stocked the fridge, you will rarely need your car. Thursdays are Village fest, a street fair with amazing art, music and gourmet street food. This condo is the perfect winter get away!

Me and my partner Brian love to travel and love real estate and doing home renovations and our goal has always been to have homes in our favorite places from our fun condo in the heart of fabulous Palm Springs, a lake house on spectacular Lake Pend O'rielle in north Idaho and a mountain cabin in the rugged Sawtooth Mountains in central Idaho. We've had homes in Nicaragua, Argentina and Uruguay as well. We try to make real estate part of the adventure.
Joseph Fitzpatrick purchased this condo in 2012
We've visited Palm Springs off and on over the years and have had winter homes in several locations including Nicaragua, Argentina and Uruguay. But what is special about Palm Springs is the ease of life yet with an international feel. So when we came across this condo, we knew right away we wanted to make it part of our real estate portfolio for the rest of our lives.
This condo was built in 1972 and we fell in love at first sight. The location alone is incredible, but the true charm lies once you enter the main door to the complex, your heart rate drops the second you step in to the tranquil inner courtyard. The pool and garden area are tranquil, the condo is sunny and while it is 40 years old, the inside is very modern with a new kitchen, quartz counter tops, stainless appliances. The perfect blend of old and new. Of course the best part is the location, I love being in a place where the car sits for days and days without being used.
My partner and I visit Palm Springs often. We usually stay at the colony palms for short trips but for longer we prefer to rent a home. Unfortunately the homes in Palm Springs are generally 3-4 bedrooms, a little too big and unnecessary for us. Thankfully we found this place.
It's nicely appointed and very comfortable with two bedrooms and a great kitchen. I love to cook and the appliances and kitchen utensils are great.
The fireplace makes for perfect ambiance and the private outdoor patio is great to relax and grill.
The location is perfect. A short walk to downtown or a mountain trail.
I especially like the hot tub which is large and has a beautiful view of the mountain range. It's a beautiful way to start the morning.
The neighbors are very friendly and quiet (as are we).
This is a great place to really get into the Palm Springs groove. I highly recommend it. Plus the owners are very helpful and attentive. Looking forward to returning...
Very cool and spacious condo that was only three minutes away from the heart of down town Palm Springs. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was very comfortable, and the place was neat as a pin! This four condo complex also included a spacious hot tub just steps away where you could sit back, relax, and look at an incredible mountain visage. Owners were also extremely cooperative with all of our requests. We couldn't have been happier with the time we spent there!
The Calhouns, Texas
A spacious well-appointed condo in a quiet and picturesque location, just 4 short blocks from the cafes, shops and restaurants of Palm Canyon Drive. The condo is clean and nicely furnished with a gourmet kitchen, outdoor gas grill, and lovely patio. The owners are accessible and great to work with. I could not have asked for a better place to vacation! Hoping to return again soon.
We felt so fortunate to have found this home away from home! Everything you need for a very comfortable stay in The Historic Tennis District, by far the best area to stay in while in Palm Springs. You are within four blocks of Palm Canyon Drive where you find great shopping and wonderful places to eat and drink. In the neighborhood you will find amazing places for dinner or a cocktail within a block or two of the home. The location can not be beat and the neighborhood is so interesting with great mid-century modern architecture. Very close to hiking trails and the Old Las Palmas Neighborhood which is a wonderful area to walk or bike. The kitchen is amazing with everything you need to cook in and enjoy the lovely décor and comfortable dinning/living area. Great selection of glass ware for various cocktails, as well! Bedrooms are nicely furnished with very comfortable queen beds and nice linens. A special treat are lovely shampoos and soaps in each bathroom. The pool and spa area are very private and nicely kept. While we were there, it was like our own private oasis! The owners are quick to respond to questions and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in the Palm Springs area.
The unit is absolutely as advertised - historic adobe on the outside, with great parking, a lovely walled courtyard entry, and a beautifully renovated modern inside. We walked the short 3 blocks to Palm Springs downtown 2 or 3 times a day, as well as throughout the area with lots of other historic buildings, very suitable for strolls. My sister-in-law and I walked back in the dark from the Thursday night Village Fest, and felt quite safe and secure. The hot tub is huge, and hot. Everything was very clean and well-kept. The first day, the person who was doing renovations on the unit beside us immediately stopped doing them so as not to interfere with our stay. The owners were responsive and attentive, and the unit was well stocked, including an eclectic assortment of books. I would definitely stay again and have recommended it already to friends. I wish we were still there.
We are in the heart of Palm Springs which is an international travel destination with great shopping, restaurants and sunshine!
