The apartment is in a complex, very peacefully located on the beach of Jandia, but still very close to all shopping facilities, German doctors (even a dialysis centre is within walking distance) and the spa of the Hotel Buganvilla. From the 20 m ² patio where you will find a large dining table and loungers you will have a beautiful view of the light tower and the sea. On foot you only need about 15 minutes to get to the beach. The apartment is stylishly furnished with high-quality furniture. The kitchen is completely equipped including a dishwasher and other miscellaneous amenities like German television and a washing machine are in the apartment. The apartment can be reached through an elevator with a connected staircase. There are also parking spaces available in front of the house.

Here you can go on the beach throughout the entire year and stay outside at all times. Despite the beauty of this region, the beach in front of the house is not crowded. You can even discover a lot of secluded beaches on the island. The mountains behind the city invite you for expansive walks like the 30 km long white beach in front of the house.

Wir haben die 2 Wochen genossen.Es war wie zu Hause,aber das Wetter und die Umgebung war viel viel schöner!Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich.Auch beim Transfer vom Flughafen waren seine Tips hilfreich.Wir kommen wieder!Auf jedem Fall!Danke,danke danke!Noch eins: die Tarasse ist Wahnsinn,auf der Tarasse könnten wir das ganze Jahr verbringen und unsere Kinder waren auch begeistert,dass man da Fussball spielen kann!Super schöne Wohnung!

Wir sind gerade wieder gekommen und sehr begeistert von diesem Apartment. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und die Terasse beschert einen schönen Ausblick. Alles in allem kann man diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall empfehlen.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Kleine Anmerkungen anbei, weil dieses zu Mißverständnissen führen könnten:
In der Beschreibung -Kategorie freistehenden Reihenhaus, die Wohnung befindet sich aber in einer Appartementanlage. Aufzug vorhanden- dieses ist korrekt, allerdings die letzte Etage ist über ein Treppenhaus zu überwinden.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich, aufschlußreich rundum ok.
Freizeitmöglichkeiten ( Tauchen, Wandern, Tennis, Golf ) alles in unmittelbarer Nähe
Restaurants ( einafch bis gehoben) auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Objekt können wir weiter empfehlen.
