Good vacation in october

We spent 2 weeks in Villa Dilara. Very clean, well located, fantastic view and a warm welcome by Waldemar. I just regret that the pool was not heat as indicated but now it is ok. We will come back next year.
Owner's Response: Pool heat was over 84 and Air Tempature over 95 in the shade, we are very soory, the next time we will heat up the Pool over 90 in the Summer!

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub in der Villa Dilara

Wir waren Mieter der Villa Dilara vom 5 -15 September 2009.
Die Villa Dilar hielt vom ersten bis zum letzten Augenblick unseres Aufenthalts das, was wir uns anhand der Bilder und Beschreibungen ausgemalt hatten.
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und wirklich in einem Top Zustand. Es ist vergleichbar mit einem deutschen Haus.

Die moderne, nicht überladen wirkende und trotzdem sehr liebevolle Einrichtung entsprach voll und ganz unserem Geschmack.
Die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terasse oder im Jacuzzi waren ein Traum und die Steaks vom Gasgrill waren einzigartig.

Die in der Umgebung vorhandenen Shopping Malls boten alles was das Herz begehrt.

Die Hausverwaltung war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und um einen guten Tip nie verlegen.

Alles in Allem war dies ein total entspannender und unkomplizierter Urlaub den wir gerne wiederholen würden.
Dieses Objekt kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus ! Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir waren vom 19.08 bis 02.09.2008 mit unserem Sohn dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit.
Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Es war sehr großzügig und modern.
Da es sich um ein neu renoviertes und eingerichtetes Haus handelte,war alles tiptop in Ordung.
Abends konnten wir oft einen farbenprächtigen Sonnenuntergang über dem See genießen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ohne Probleme in ein paar Minuten mit den Auto zu erreichen.
Die Hausverwaltung war stets hilfbereit und hatte auch einige Tips für uns.
Wir haben schon mehrmals in Cape Coral unseren Urlaub verbracht,dies war mit eines der besten Häuser.
Gerne würden wir das Haus bei Bedarf wieder anmieten und können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
