This apartment is a studio in a city villa (all private, entrance, floor, terrace etc). This large studio has a double bed, a small kitchen corner with granite counter, marble floors, large walk-in wardrobe and a super marble bathroom with shower and whirpool bath. The studio has a gigantic sliding door with a superb view of the water with all the fantastic yachts and villas. Or you can just sit on the terrace with its little garden and enjoy the view. This apartment is on one of the Las Olas Islands so it’s near to the beach, shopping and dining.
