Photos and Description of the St. Märgen vacation apartment rental No smoking! Pretty view on the Feldberg, nice garden, very silent, 2-6 persons

Our house, a cultural monument, in St. Maergen/Freiburg is a very silent and comfortable accommodation, it is right for a family (2-6 persons), 107qm. There is a living room with SAT-TV, radio, a dining room with a large table at an old tiled stove (central heating also, of course!), sleeping rooms, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Our flat is arranged with beautyful period furniture (but you sleep in novel beds!). Our balcony is large, the garden coloured. You have a wonderful view on the Black Forest mountains: Feldberg, Kandel ... Non-smoker-house! In the beginning of the 20th century the famous painter Karl Biese, 1863-1926, lived and worked in our house - you can see some of his lithographies in the flat. St. Märgen , close to Freiburg, is a small, lovely village, a classical summer-resort, situated on a mountain range with a pretty sight on the highest black forest-mountains. All over the year you can make hikes. Natural swimming lake without chemicals!

St. Märgen is a small, lovely village, a classical summer-resort, situated on a mountain range with a pretty sight on the highest black forest-mountains. All over the year you can hike. In St. Märgen there is a tennis court, a nice swimming pool, nordic-walking- and mountain-bike-routes. In winter you can do skiing. Freiburg and its university and its wonderful cathedral is nearby, Titisee and Schluchsee, too. Basel and Zürich (Switzerland), Colmar and Strassbourg (France), also the Lake Constance can be reached in a short time.
