This fantastic 3 bedroom villa is located in the quiet village of Las Veguetas. The property is an ideal base to explore the wonderful Costa de la Luz. Recently built and furnished in a traditional way, the property can sleep 6 people or 8 by use of a sofa bed in the lounge. The property offers excellent accommadation with seperate lounge and dining room, fitted kitchen, a large, secluded walled garden with its own swimming pool that has been fenced off for added safety. Minutes from Barrosa beach, a 36 hole golf complex shops and restaurants CASA KADA is the ideal holiday home.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For Christmas rates please contact owner. Rates are inclusive of gas, electricity and pool maintenance. Please note that for rentals of less than 7 days there is a surcharge of 60euros to cover the cost of cleaning. A 30% non refundable deposit is payable to secure a booking with the balance payable 1 month before arrival. A £150 security deposit will be held for the duration of the visit to cover any damages and will be repaid upon a satisfactory inspection of the property on the day of departure. The owners of Casa KaDa accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injuries incurred during stays at the villa.
