Under Sierra Segaria, 600 m from sea, Chalet Casita Sueno 04 welcomes you. 3 terraces, individual parking and 25 m² solarium around the house. Hibiscus, bougainvillea, palms, oleander in 450 m² grounds and your own pool with Roman steps. Outside shower, sunshades, 4 loungers, barbecue. Both bedrooms contain 2 beds, wardrobe and climate control, bathroom with bath and shower. The living room contains a comfy, extendable corner sofa with satellite TV. CD player in wall cupboard, American kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, ceramic hot plates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fume extractor, high fridge with freezer shelf. In the dining area in front of the fireplace there is an extendable table for 6 persons. There is modern garden furniture outside. A great place to enjoy balmy nights in the Costa Blanca.

Denia is surrounded by a beautiful, varied countryside. Miles of beaches, mountains in the background and coasts to the south with every kind of water sports and other sports, or just bask beside the sea in the Mediterranean sun. You can visit the castle, museums, harbour. Golfers will enjoy the courses at La Sella and Oliva Nova. El Vergel safari park is easy to reach. There are lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Les Marines coastal road has 8 km of more bars, restaurants and supermarkets before you reach your holiday destination, and our friendly assistants will be pleased to show you the route to follow. Portal de la Marina, the newly-erected 90000 m² shopping and leisure centre, is 10 min away on the N 332.
