This executive property comes with the choice of sitting in the sun all day or relaxing under the large lanai area,which offers both shade and a lovely view over the lake while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. The master bedroom offers en-suite, with TV,and doors leading straight to the pool, second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.Our kitchen comes fully fitted with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc, there is also a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The lounge has TV, video, DVD, music centre with surround sound for you to relax with after a hard day at the parks. The large pool area has padded furniture for those lazy days.The pool can be heated on request during the cooler months.Inside has air conditioning and heating to suit all conditions.

The property is located five minutes off highway 192 on a private gated community and only 10 minutes from the famous Disney World Drive. International Drive, Sea World and Universal Studios are all withih 15 minutes. We are well situated for both the coasts. There are also amenities such as shopping, restaurants and golf all no more than a 5 minute drive away. Fishing is permitted on the community lake.

Perfect Week Near Disney World & Universal Studios

Chose this quiet villa just a few short miles away from Disney and Universal and we were very happy with our choice! Very spacious home with a relaxing pool area just perfect for unwinding after a long day at the theme parks. Nicely furnished with all the amenities. We recommend this home and in fact have already booked next years vacation for 2 weeks at Keith & Lynda's Villa!! Thank's for taking care of us guys :)! -Mike & Shana & Kids from Canadal

Great Villa for a Great Holiday

This villa is excellent for a family holiday in Florida. It has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable, a real home from home. It is clean tidy and well equipped. The pool area is great, it has plenty of space around the pool for using the bar-b-que as well as eating and sunbathing. The pool its self was very welcoming after a long day at the parks. The location is just right for all parks, shopping and restaurants. The Red Lobster and Outback restaurants (3mins by car) are well worth a visit. There were 4 adults and 1 child staying but there was plenty of room for everyone. Keith and Lynda are a pleasure to deal with, with prompt replies to e-mails. We have booked this villa again for next years holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends as an ideal place to spend you holidays.

Great villa for enjoying Disney

The position of the villa - only a few minutes away from Disney and in a quiet location - were two key criteria for choosing to stay here. These coupled with a pool and loads of space for all four of us made our stay very memorable and as relaxed as a Disney holiday with a 10 and an 8 year old can be!

We all loved the pool as a great way to relax after a hectic day of walking around the parks as well as for the occassional 'day off' together! Sitting on the terrace at night sipping a cold drink and listening to the various wildlife can also be recommended as it is very soothing.

All main facilities you would need are close by. There are plenty of restaurants - we also liked the Outback Steak house - as well as a Winn Dixie supermarket which stocks almost everyting you would want at quite reasonable prices. The New York Pizza House on the left hand side of the 192 going from the villa towards Disney can also be recommended for first class freshly made pizzas at reasonable prices.

Keith and Lynda were a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking process being quick to respond to any questions, etc.

Highly recommended to all of you wanting to spend some time in this area of Florida but especially for visiting the Disney parks. I would have no problem staying here again should we venture back this way in the near future!

Excellent property

We stayed here for 2 weeks and found the property to be located in an excellent position to visit all the major attractions just 2 roads away from the main interstate where all parks can be found off.
The villa is clean, tidy and very well equiped, I would recommend this to anyone that wants a great base that is very reasonably priced.
Would stay here again should be visit florida in the future.

Great Villa - Fantastic location

We had the best holiday ever in Keith and Lynda's villa, the location, pool and views were second to none.

After a long day of travelling it was wonderful to walk into what can only be described as a home from home. The villa has everything you need and is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the theme parks.

My 8 year old daughter couldn't get enough of the pool and the outlook over the lake from the patio was beautiful.

The location wasn't just great for Disney (only 10 minutes away) but there are plenty of supermarkets and good restaurants close by, I can definately recommend the 'Outback Steakhouse' in Formosa Gardens and the 'Olive Garden' just 5 minutes further along the 192.

Keith and Lynda made everything so easy, they are quick to respond to any emails and their directions were so easy to follow.

I would definately recommend this great value for money villa.
